I am sending you a link to two radio programs you will want to listen to immediately. In fact, I am convinced you will want to share these two programs with your friends.

These two programs are extremely encouraging and convicting. The first program is a message and testimony by Michael Furchert. Michael was raised behind the Berlin Wall in Communist East Germany. Michael's grandfather was a public school teacher and pastor in Germany during the rise of Hitler. He lost his teaching position and church because he refused to deny Jesus Christ and join the Nazi Party. Later when it was discovered he was teaching a Bible study in his home, he was shipped off to war in hope he would not return alive. Michael’s father lost his job under the regime of Communist East Germany because of his Christian testimony. With this as the backdrop, Michael calls the church in America to stop relying on politics to change our nation but to actively proclaim the gospel and live out our Biblical worldview regardless of whether we live under freedom or tyranny.
Michael reminds us that earthly kingdoms will fall but God's Kingdom will never end and it is the defense of the gospel and the church that counts, not a political agenda. You will want to share this presentation on your Facebook page, tweet it and send it out by e-mail as well.
Part two is my interviewing Michael on our national radio program. When the Berlin Wall went up, Michael’s parents and siblings were separated from Michael’s grandparents as Michael’s family lived in East Germany. Michael shares how and why his family was allowed to leave East Germany for eleven days to go into West Germany for the 60th wedding anniversary of his grandparents. East German officials were stunned that this request to travel had been granted by high ranking officials. Michael will explain why this request was granted and why his family chose to return to the tyranny of East German after eleven days of freedom in West Germany. I will give you a hint. The reason God permitted them to leave for eleven days was because Michael’s father had been faithful in a public proclamation of the gospel that fell on the ears of an official and the reason they chose to return was because they knew God had called them to minister to a small group of believers in East Germany.
I urge you to listen to these two programs right away. Don’t delay or you are likely to become busy and set this aside and not return.

In the past few days, we moved into a new and permanent television studio. Prior to this new studio, whenever we wanted to film a television program, it took 90 minutes to set everything up and an hour to take it all down. Now that we have a permanent studio I can walk in any time and record a TV program or commentary and broadcast and distribute it quickly. Having a permanent TV studio also means we can do more television programs because of the time saved that has been invested in setting up and taking down.

For 2013 we are focusing more of our time and energy on expanding our radio and television ministries because we have found it to be perhaps the most cost effective way to reach the most people world-wide. Between television stations, radio stations, the internet, and apps for Android, IPhone, the Ipad and Roku, we can distribute Biblical teaching through our radio and television programs to hundreds of thousands of people.
As you know, only a fraction of those that listen to our television and radio programs are in a position to financially partner with us through the Worldview Weekend Foundation. Therefore, it is really a core group of you that have joined with us in making this ministry possible.
