The proposed REFERENDUM on the EU. What it is really about. 6.2.2013.
We here in the UK have been promised a referendum after and IF the Conservatives get into Government through the next General Election in 2015. The people realise now, more than ever before, that ALL THREE MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES WANT TO REMAIN IN THE EUROPEAN UNION -FOREVER. So why would those that want out of the EU vote for any one of them? It is time to put OUR COUNTRY BEFORE ANY POLITICAL PARTY YOU MIGHT BE IN. And this may well be the last chance you will have to save our Country from permanent foreign rule.
The ‘promised’ referendum is allegedly to take place if the Conservatives win the next General Election, and although I doubt very much that is going to happen, I will place here the reason for my concern re an "IN" or "OUT" Referendum of the present European Union. They may indeed be the same concerns that you have too, I don't know. This especially having recognised at the time of writing, that Mr Cameron is continuing to implement the EU's HS2 project, part of the EU's Trans- European Transport Network (TEN-T) Policy which HS2 is part of. Even though we allegedly do not have this kind of money to spend on this EU Project, it has to go ahead-the EU decides what we must do-our Government must obey-no matter which Political Party is in Government. The great tragedy is allowing foreigners to dictate-have the authority (sovereignty) what a British Government has to have on our own Country/land (or is it now the EU's sovereign land?). I am aware of the other contents of the EU's Trans European Transport Network (TEN-T) Policy which would/will bring about the loss of UK Sovereignty over our SKY, and a plus for an EU’s “Single European Sky” and as an Island Nation-a sea faring Nation there comes the loss of Sovereignty over our PORTS and SEAS for the EU’s “Motorway in the Sea. This so EU ships can come and go without asking for permission. Will our ships become EU ships too? This EU Motorway in the Sea might reach all the way down to the Falkland Islands? (Recorded in Hansard) So even NOW British Governments continues to give the sovereignty of our Country away to Brussels.
I believe, that should the people vote "YES" to remain in the EU, not only would this Country have to remain in the EU FOREVER-for I cannot see another REFERENDUM on this Subject being allowed, AND a "YES" in the promised REFERENDUM would, I suggest, be seen to destroy and over-ride our very own Common Law Constitution-ALL OF IT-all down to the people’s vote. A referendum suggests that our Constitution is negotiable. It is NOT negotiable, never has been and never will be. However, always be aware that there are those that are trying very hard to destroy it. Overthrowing our Constitution is treason: conspiring to overthrow our Constitution is treason: contemplating overthrowing our Constitution is treason and inciting other people to overthrow our Constitution, as in calling for a referendum, on an "IN" or "OUT" of the European Union is also treason. This is the reason why our Constitution has remained 'safe' for hundreds of years and the very reason we fought in two World Wars.
Remember that others on the Continent have new WRITTEN Constitutions that written after the last war. Should anyone vote for a new Constitution here, it would indeed over-ride our ‘old’ Constitution. In the destroying of our Constitution, the EU Treaties would automatically override and destroy the new.
The people would have chosen to remain in a European Union in which according to the EU’s Legal Service in a letter dated Brussels 10th December 2010, sj.f (2010 879182) “It must be recalled that Union law prevails over national law, including national constitutional law. Therefore the concerns expressed by the German Constitutional Court on the basis of German constitutional law cannot be a reason for an opt-out from an EU measure”. This has never been explained to the people of this Country, for we are still electing and paying our own Members of Parliament and Government to govern this country according to its long standing Common Law Constitution.
I am aware that for any Government to say an absolute "YES" to remaining in the EU would not be in keeping with their Oaths of Allegiance to the British Crown they make before they may take up their seats even though WE might have voted for them, for, according to R v Thistlewood 1820, "To destroy the Constitution is treason” That Article re Treason cannot be repealed because its purpose is there purely to protect our Constitution for all time. Anyone born here in the UK, it is as if they had made their Oath of Allegiance to the British Crown from that moment, and they also have the protection of the Crown from that moment too. However, ifthe people voted “YES” (and perhaps one way or another, the answer would be a “YES” indeed) to remain in the EU, what better way of remaining in the European Union forever, and for it to become one great STATE finally? The people have never been allowed Referendum since 1973 so when would they be allowed another? What would we have left of the Governance of our Country if we do not set ourselves free from foreign rule (very) soon? Most of what this Coalition Government has put through since it came into Office, has been EU Legislation-the EU’s Localism Act, with elected Mayors and Elected Police Commissioners. The Data Retention Bill still going through I think, and now the next part of TEN-T, which includes giving sovereignty over our seas and skies as well as our roads and rail-what is left eh? This is exactly why I have suggested that we use the coming GENERAL ELECTION as the REFERENDUM and only vote for those Political Parties or Organisation that want OUT of the EU. To put your Country before your Political Party. I doubt you will ever get another opportunity to be free from EU Rule.

What indeed if the proposed referendum AFTER the general election was not a true and fair referendum either? I would never have questioned that at one time, but now? However, more people are aware that we have THREE MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES that want to remain in the EU. That is not what the vast majority of people want at all, for they still contribute to their pay and expenses to govern this Country according to its Long Standing Common Law Constitution-this they can surely no longer do. There are allegedly another 50 Lords/Ladies to be admitted to the House of Lords soon, and once again for the people to contribute to-how long will the people continue to do THAT I wonder? Our Constitution forbids us to encourage foreigners in any way-yes, even financially- in the Governing of this, our Country in any way at all. "…all usurped and foreign power and authority…may forever be clearly extinguished, and never used or obeyed in this realm. …no foreign prince, person, prelate, state, or potentate…shall at any time after the last day of this session of Parliament, use, enjoy or exercise any manner of power, jurisdiction, superiority, authority, preeminence or privilege…within this realm, but that henceforth the same shall be clearly abolished out of this realm, for ever."
