Dear Friend,

The global financial system is seizing up, like when your car engine loses its oil while you drive down the freeway at eighty miles per hour.

The financial meltdown officially launched with the largest bankruptcy in history - Lehman Brothers. But, this is trumped today by the government takeover of bad-debt insurance company, AIG. This exposes American taxpayers to multiplied trillions of dollars in very real liabilities.

The August Review has sternly warned about an imminent financial meltdown, but now it is upon us with a vengeance.

I updated this article, and will continue to update, so you might want to check back every day for additions.
