I am talking of the EU Parliamentary elections, not the UK General elections in the attachment.
The EU has already mentioned that (If I can find the paper, I will send it to you-Addidition to that-
I have looked at so many EU articles just lately, I am having difficulty of re-finding it).
It hopes the EU MEP election will not be used as a referendum.
It is the only chance any of us will get of putting a spoke in their wheel. If there are enough Pro British or people for sovereign independent Nation States in the EU parliament, it may prevent quite a lot of EU legislation from going through. Also, when or IF the time comes for a "next" EU or National Parliament Election, maybe the thought of going without the fantastic life style, wages and vast expenses at OUR expense, the National Political Parties (Particularly the Conservatives) might just change their tune. At least, please give it some serious thought. I am not just talking about this, our Country either. In fact, the people of the EU may come together more on this than the EU Commission could ever have dreamed of.

From attachment you will see just how the people of THIS Country have been duped, made fools of, absolute stupid fools of, by our own Politicians. There is rather a lot of reading here and the two attachments come from the "Consent" articles at the bottom. Every Country should have had a referendum and particularly this Country because it was promised it in Labour's manifesto. This would have perhaps been a paper most useful for the Stuart Wheeler case. Each paper takes up different parts of the Lisbon Treaty and interprets the Treaty of Lisbon in the way it is meant to be interpreted. Without being called little Englanders, for these people that have written these articles speak from the realms of truth.

62 pages For a European civil protection force: europe aid Report by Michel Barnier
I have therefore taken the calculated risk of framing my proposals and the associated timetable in the medium term, and more specifically with an end date of 2010, by which time, one way or another, the countries of the EU will have created the post of Union Minister for Foreign Affairs, provided for in the Constitution, which they wanted and accepted unanimously in Rome. By 2010 the Council, the Commission and the Member States will be working together more effectively on the EU’s external action. I therefore hope that the reader will make the same mental leap into the medium term. This is the only way in which we can get over the present hurdles and shortcomings. I also hope that no more disasters will be needed in the interim to set our thinking, resources and expertise on the right track.
1. a Union Minister for Foreign Affairs with authority over all services involved in external action (external relations, development assistance and humanitarian aid); a European External Action Service will help the Minister fulfil his or her mandate (Article III-296);
2. the solidarity clause (Article I-43) referred to above and its implementing procedures
(Article III-329);
3. a European policy on the prevention of natural disasters and on civil protection
(Article III-284);
4. EU action on humanitarian aid in the context of the principles and objectives of the EU’s external action (Article III-321);
5. a public health policy covering, in particular, the fight against the major health scourges
(Article III-278);
6. enhanced cooperation (Articles I-44 and III-416 to III-423) making it easier for those Member States that wish to take things further and faster to do so.

Ireland has a referendum. If that comes up with a Yes, then kiss goodbye to your Country. The only way you may dilute what is coming is by filling the EU Parliament with PRO British MEP's, or those that want their Sovereign Independent Country back. Use the EU Parliament Elections as the referendum we never had. Fill the place with UKIP or BNP and i am not ANY Party-I just love my Country as probably THEY do. I ask you again, why are you voting and paying for people that do not want, and have no intention of Governing this Country? Just WHY? Anne
