Is Olmert selling out his nation?

NB – This is what I have been saying in print and on the air for several months now. Given his record this is NOT far fetched.

The Arab/Muslim world has BILLIONS, and BILLIONS to use (much furnished by Americans purchasing their oil). Instead of assisting their own people improve their lives, and helping their “Palestinian” brothers end their perpetual, never-ending “refugee” status, much of the money goes towards anti-Israel, anti-US, anti-West, anti-Judeo-Christian hertigage activities. All this is not to mention the funds use to support terrorist activities world-wide.

Please forward.

'How do I know PM not bribed to give land to Palestinians?'

Jpost.com Staff - Sep 09, 2008

The Jerusalem Post

Opposition members convened a special Knesset session on Tuesday focusing on what they called the "illegitimate conduct of the government regarding political affairs" and on the police's recommendation to indict Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on corruption-related charges.

MK Aryeh Eldad (NU/NRP) spoke of the investigations against Olmert in relation to his political conduct during the government's term.

"How do we know what is behind this man's decisions? Maybe tomorrow, Olmert will want to give away land to the Arab enemy. How should I know that the man was not bribed? Maybe someone paid him to change his mind and give away land that belongs to my people, to my heritage. A man suspected of receiving bribes cannot be Israel's prime minister since we don't know what motivates him," Eldad was quoted as saying.

MK David Rotem (Israel Beteinu) attacked the government's decision to discuss the proposed evacuation-compensation bill and added that the only legacy Olmert would leave behind is one of criminal investigations.

"Olmert's legacy will not be one of a peace agreement.

Olmert's legacy will be one of criminal investigations, of neglecting the state's security and of causing severe harm to the state of Israel," said Rotem.

No response was forthcoming from current government ministers.
