Traditionally about 75% of Jews vote Democrat in presidential elections. Today the percentage has dropped to 57%.
This drop is due to the fact that more Jews are switching from the Democratic ticket because they don't trust Sen Obama when it comes to Israel.
Those that still support the Democratic ticket, do so because they agree with Obama or because they don't understand his policies as they impact Israel or they don't care about Israel.

The main issue in these elections is the economy. When times are bad the electorate usually throw the bums out. But let me leave you with one more thought.
If you own a large company that has lost a lot of money and is facing bankruptcy, would you replace your CEO with a seasoned verteran or turn to someone who has no experience.
