When a former deputy Attorney General from the State of Pennsylvania presents evidence that Barack Obama cannot become President of the United States (because he was not born an American citizen) you would have thought this might have been mentioned by the British press! Not a dicky bird!

The Supreme Court has issued a December 1 deadline for Obama to respond to attorney Philip Berg's Writ of Certiorari in which he provides evidence to indicate that Obama was not legally qualified to run for the Presidency on a basis of the Constitution, and on laws in effect in 1961. Berg is a former deputy Attorney General from the State of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court is not ignoring his Writ. (see www.obamacrimes.com )
HERE IS WHY THE SUPREME COURT IS NOT IGNORING BERG'S WRIT
Article 2, section 1 of the US Constitution specifically requires a candidate for President to have been "natural born".
To be considered "Natural Born" under the laws in effect in 1961 when Obama was born:
If only one parent was a U.S. Citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, AND at least five of those 10 years had to be after the age of 16.
Based on that alone, there is no way Obama can legally be sworn in as President because his father was a Kenyan citizen, and his US Citizen mother was 18 when he was born. Under the law, for Obama to qualify as "Natural Born" she would have had to be 21 years old or older in order to meet the requirement of at least 5 of those 10 years being after the age of 16. (16+5= 21) This means that Obama should have been naturalized,
(which would have made him inelegible to run for the Presidency), and if he was not naturalized, then he is an illegal alien.

In Point 15 of the Writ, Berg states:
" There are questions as to where Obama was actually born, in the United States, or abroad, and then registered his birth. There are further questions regarding Obama's citizenship, if he ever held such, being expatriated and his failure to regain his citizenship by taking the oath of Allegiance once he turned 18 years of age.There are additional questions regarding Obama's multi citizenships with foreign countries, which he still maintains. To date, Obama has refused to prove he is qualified under the US Constitution and his eligability to run for President of the United States."
In Point 20 Berg States "Wayne Madsen, journalist with Online Journal was a contributing writer and published an article on June 9, 2008 stating the GOP sent a research team to Mombasa Kenya and located a Certificate registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr at a Maternity Hospital to his father, a Kenyan citizen and his mother, a US Citizen." (This squares with the statement made by his own grandmother who was caught on video stating that he was born in Kenya, see below.)
TWO POSSIBLE OUTCOMES
Obama may not be able to clear all of these hurdles Berg has placed before him,and the Supreme Court could demand that he stand down. He could actually be put on trial and imprisoned for fraud over this.
This is quite a minefield he's being forced to run through under the close scrutiny of the Supreme Court. He'll have no choice but to produce both sides of a certified original long form birth certificate, which he's been refusing now to product for a very long time.
His grandmother has stated on video that he was born in Kenya

(unless the elite have ordered the Supreme court to overlook this.)
Ron Polarik goes into great detail to show that the supposed "Certificate of Live Birth" posted by "Fact Check" and "Fight the Smears" were in fact forgeries. He also demonstrates that the supposedly "Impartial" factcheck.org is actually owned by the Annanberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania, a center run by Obama supporters and funded by Annanberg Public Policy Center. He shows that once he began his expose, the original forged "Certificate of Live Birth" was removed from this and other websites it had been posted on and it was reposted in lower resolution, with fewer pixels, to make it harder to scrutinize.
