The cargo of 2,000 tonnes of food and medicines accompanied by 12 Iranian doctors will sail from Bandar Abbas, HQ of the Revolutionary Guards Navy, and arrive Tuesday, Jan. 6. Announcement of the shipment was made by the Bandar Abbas provincial Red Crescent director Ahmad Navvab, in order to deter the Israeli navy from interfering with or seizing the vessel.
