Significant Long Term Bond Market Action

Rare is the time that a technician can state an event that is a long term sure thing. In my career as a technician-journalist there has been only one such time so far. On February 15th, 2007 with the S&P 500 volatility index at about 10, it was stated, “spreads must always exist and fear cannot go bankrupt.” Indeed fear did not go bankrupt and the volatility index turned bullish before going into an almost 2 year (so far) bull market. Full article
