what has this country become?

I am 99 years old and find it interesting to note the developments in the ever-changing rules that govern us.

I have just been informed that I am due a routine blood test. My doctor, the inoculations nurse and other health professionals are all able to visit me at home. However, it appears that the nurse responsible for taking blood is uninsured at my house, so I must arrange to be taken to the surgery.

I presume this is one of the latest health and safety edicts from our Government.
