I seem to recall that the Punxsutawney groundhog is also called "Phil."
I wonder if ours might be used for some ceremonial purpose also, such as
predicting the duration of Brown's Bankruptcy.
If he sees his own shadow, or even if not, no doubt we'll see ten more
years of winter.
