You know, these figures were a damn good reason for leaving the EU even BEFORE the recession hit.
But looking at them now, it seems to me that the sheer cost of membership is no longer simply 'one good reason' for withdrawal, but make withdrawal necessary, urgent, and even imperative for the very survival of our nation!
