Gordon Brown Aims to Delay Iraq War Inquiry Report Until After the General Election 'Gordon Brown will announce by the autumn a "long" inquiry into the Iraq war, indicating that the potentially embarrassing report will be delayed until well after the general election expected next year. Ministers have decided that the inquiry should be wide-ranging, possibly dating back to Margaret Thatcher's tacit support for Saddam Hussein during the Iran-Iraq war in the 1980s. Its main focus will be on the conduct of the 2003 war and the breakdown of law and order afterwards. David Lidington, the shadow foreign minister, said: "I think the government are determined to avoid the report being published before the general election. But they do not have even a figleaf of an excuse for a further delay".' The Rush Towards Socialism - and How to Stop It 'It only took the Obama administration a couple of weeks to prove that the national leadership of the Democratic Party is guided by totalitarian-minded socialists who seek to create an omnipotent government. The U.S. government is now controlled by people who have been dreaming of living out their utopian socialist fantasies ever since the fantasies were brought to their attention in college decades ago by their Mao/Castro/Che Guevara poster-hanging, capitalism-hating, communistic professors.'

There is no such thing as a nobody
She walked out onto the stage looking like an 'ordinary person'. A bit overweight (been there, no still there); Unemployed and 47-years of age and therefore, of course, 'past it'; and she said she wanted to make it as a singer (yeah, right!).
The audience giggled or looked bewildered. How could anyone looking like this have such a crazy idea? The judges were the same. What a laugh, this is going to be embarrassing.
My god, how I can relate to all that.
But what did this 'ordinary woman' do? She blew them away.
There is NO such thing as a nobody and let no-one tell you different.
Dream your dream. No, live your dream.
