There is a growing group of people in the Us miltary and law enforcement officers and veterns of each that are signing a ten point oath to refuse to obey orders that clearly violate the US Constitution.
The saying is Not on My Watch and the group is called Oath Keepers.

Number 1- We will not obey orders to disarm the American People.
Number 4 and 5- We will not obey an order to impose martal law or a state of emergency on a state, We Will not obey an order to invade and subject any state that asserts its sovereignty.
Number- 3 and 7- WE will not obey an order to deatain American citizens as unlawful combattants or subject them to miltary tribunal. We will not obey an order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.
Maybe a group like this is of great need in the UK.
