Under the new law, the JCVI is now asking [full quote below]:- In other words, if a parent does not want a child vaccinated but the JCVI have recommended all children be vaccinated, the JCVI are asking can their recommendation be challenged by the parent. It would seem once they have their answer, they will decide whether or not to make their recommendation. This appears one step from compulsory vaccination for children regardless of parental views or concerns. If the JCVI decide to make their recommendation, and a legal case ensues this might mean a Guardian is appointed by the State to represent the interests of the child and through the Guardian sue its own parents to insist on the “right” to be vaccinated as mandated by the JCVI. The parents would in effect be forced to defend the case against their own child brought through the Guardian to oppose their own child being vaccinated. Once the first case was decided, the matter would be settled in practical terms for all UK parents. Thus the UK appears to be on the verge of ‘1984′ style legislation and guidelines in which freedoms are taken away from citizens framed in terms of rights granted. And this has happened without political or public debate, scrutiny or democratic vote. The newly published draft minutes for the JCVI in February disclose that the new status granted it by Health Minister Dawn Primarolo by executive order in January seem designed to tie up with unmentioned provisions in the new National Health Service Constitution. According to the JCVI minutes the new NHS constitution states: ‘You have the right to receive the vaccinations that the Joint Committee on Vaccinations and Immunisation recommend that you should receive under an NHS provided national immunisation programme.’ And: ‘You should participate in important public health programmes such as vaccination.’ The minutes state: ‘The JCVI was pleased the recommendations of the committee would have the force of law behind it. The committee asked for clarification on the constitution including what exactly ‘right’ meant with respect to the right of a child to receive a vaccine when their parents were opposed to vaccination and how the constitution affected the recommendations of the JCVI with respect to legal challenge.’ Irrespective of any claimed benefits of a vaccine programme the constitutional implications of this change are concerning. The JCVI is by law now a law unto itself and flexing its muscles despite a history of disregard for safety issues over the past 20 years and more. It is unclear what ultimate responsibility the JCVI bears for its actions, or if any sanctions apply to it. The criterion for recommendations by the JCVI is purely on “cost-effectiveness” not safety - a re-statement of the committee’s defective historical remit. JCVI members have financial and professional associations with vaccine manufacturers. No action has been taken to curb this. Any ordinary concept of legality appears subverted, and power ceded to industry insiders. This has taken place without democratic reference: compulsory vaccination is not part of any party’s policy and it has never been debated in Parliament. If this is going to happen at all there should be extensive consultations, safeguards, debate and a vote. I am absolutely appalled that the concept of vaccination being forced upon families is to be brought in potentially through back door means.
I have three children, the youngest of which has not had a single vaccination. She has not had any other medication either. She is the healthiest of my children, and the one with the clearest mind. She has coped with a multitude of emotional grief caused by her father’s desertion of her, and remains centred and fit.
My eldest child had vaccinations up the age of 5 and has suffered since a young age from increased mucous and now suffers hayfever. This all started after the first vaccinations.
I see this pattern time and again in children I see as a homoeopath, and I know there are other ways of treating children without sticking a needle in them. This bypasses the natural immunity defence mechanisms of the body to the point where I believe they cease to function, and dis-ease becomes more prolific.
It is time to look at the possible links between vaccination and the ailing health of our nation, NOT make it compulsory.

Neurological Vaccine Damage Explained by Dr. Andrew Moulden

For the past seven months, the popular talk show has focused on the dangers of Gardasil, Childhood Immunizations and the Anthrax vaccine that has been linked to the Gulf War syndrome. The hosts have interviewed parents, and medical experts as they strive to share information about the dangerous and toxic adjuvants that are used in the vaccine serums as preservatives and additives. After months of research and combing FDA, CDC and myriads of pharmaceutical documents, Janak and Botha discussed the link between vaccines with toxic compounds, and neurological damage. In February, on a show titled: “Gardasil Girls Give the Silent Faces of Autism a Voice,” and with documentation in hand, they announced that the Gardasil vaccine and childhood immunizations were responsible for brain damage.
On June 1, Dr. Andrew Moulden, whose expertise is in neurobehavioral assessments of acquired brain and behavioral disorders, will be addressing how vaccines cause micro-strokes that result in neurological damage to those with adverse vaccine reactions. Dr. Moulden has chosen to devote his career to neurobehavioral and neurocognitive assessments and research based upon his PhD and Masters training rather than practicing clinical medicine. For the past several years Dr. Moulden has devoted his work to deciphering neurobehavioral sequelae associated with immune system hyper stimulation, neurodevelopmental disorders, “and ultimately to vaccinations as the common environmental trigger for several brain and behavioral disorders.”
Dr. Moulden has just released a DVD series titled: Tolerance Lost, proving “in medical physiology and clinical sciences, by using new and old diagnostic technologies, that all vaccinations cause immediate and delayed, acute and chronic, permanent and transient, disease and disorders that cut across all organ systems.” According to Moulden, damaged tissues are the result of impaired blood flow and blood “sludging” in the microscopic vessels of the circulatory system. Autism, ADHD, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), Anthrax (Gulf War Syndrome) Gardasil adverse reactions, specific learning disabilities, seizures and more are caused by the impaired blood flow – specifically to the brain.
Dr. Moulden stresses that “all vaccinations are causing the same neurological damages as wild polio and other ‘vaccine preventable pathogens did in the past – albeit in an attenuated form. It is not the germs/toxins that are causing damage; it is the body’s non-specific response to foreign substances entering it. All vaccinations are ‘foreign substances.’ Repeat vaccinations serially aggravate the underlying mechanisms of injury.”
Now, with Dr. Moulden’s expertise, lay people and practitioners will now be able to see the neurological damages, in real time, or retrospectively, in most that have been injured or who have died – whether or not they recognized at the time that injury/death was vaccine induced. The range of impairment -common to all vaccinations – is from clinically silent to terminal, (life ending) with the entire gamut of neurocogntive, neuropscyhiatric, and neuroimmunological derailments existing along a continuum of harm and end organ diagnostic labels…. including the proverbial “cause of death unknown.”

Pretty awful. These vaccinations CAUSE the FATAL PEANUT ALLERGY EPIDEMIC!!! The public is being kept in the dark. This is about PROFITS and not about public safety. The link between the vaccines and food allergy is clear if you just look at the information available!!! Vaccines have ingredients that do not appear on the package insert and this is protected as a trade secret. Read the package inserts. They are available on line. Look for the diluent. Is it listed? NO! Nor does it list FOOD WASTE as being used as the culture medium. Minute traces of food protein along with the aluminum in the adjuvant cause the body to have a strong immune response to that trace amount of protein. THIS IS THE DIRECT CAUSE OF FOOD ALLERGIES!!!
Don’t get scared… and don’t underestimate the will of those parents.
500,000 babies are born each year. 5% approx do not vaccinate at all, 25,000 parents would be a huge number to take court action over the first set of vaccines. Additionally 20% do not choose the MMR, a further 100,000 cases. And what about all those boosters… millions of children are affected! The legal system is not set up for it.
And with compulsory vaccination comes a ‘proper’ damage payment scheme and that will certainly add a financial loading to this decision.
Will vaccines be compulsory for school or benefits? Many will do without.
All the more reason, though, to link up and support those parents who need more information and discussion on a local level to feel strong in their choices with vaccination.
