Weather Action have issued 11 extreme event forecasts around the world for this month using Piers Corbyn's Solar Weather Technique of long range forecasting - which is the largest number they have issued for any month so far.
 
Piers Corbyn, astrophysicist, said "We are pleased with the first time window in the month (8-12 May) which has had the deluges we predicted in North Britain

and an interesting Tropical Depression development in the East Pacific which is a pre-season event showing on satellite pictures  (see attached Infra red imageshowung strong activity)  and likely as we also forecast to stay below Typhoon level.
