Tennessee Burger King Defends Its 'Global Warming Is Baloney' Sign

'The Burger King in Tennesse that says "Global Warming Is Baloney" went on the record to defend itself with Leo Hickman of the Guardian. What followed was "one of the more memorable calls" Hickman's ever had as a journalist. The franchise remains defiant, saying, "We're not sheeple around here, and while Barack Obama would like to have you believe that no one is entitled to have a view other than his, if someone wants to stand up and say "Global Warming is Baloney", then I'm all for it." '

Alaska's Hubbard Glacier Advancing  Seven Feet a Day

'This past week, climatologist Cliff Harris of the Coeur d’Alene Press received an astounding report from Yakutat, Alaska, concerning the Hubbard Glacier. The glacier is advancing toward Gilbert Point near Yakutat at the astonishing rate of two meters (seven feet) per day!

“The Army Corp of Engineers special Web site for the Hubbard Glacier  contains some absolutely amazing photos of the advancing glacier,” says Harris. “One can easily see the expanding wall of ice. It's HUGE!” '

Secret Truth about The Dalai Lama

'The person above and draped in Swastikas is called: The Dalai Lama.  He is the self-proclaimed political and religious leader of Tibet. He was never elected to these positions, but was appointed by a small group of ruthless Taliban like theocrats. The Dalai Lama says that wants peace and so being judged by his words and not his deeds (which will be shown clearly to be anything but peaceful) was given the Nobel Peace Prize and the Congressional Gold Medal by George W. Bush.

He claims that he is a man of peace, but is he? Or is the Dalai Lama like his predecessor, Jim Jones who also was venerated as a "holy man" and "man of peace" until he poisoned all of his devotees in French Guyana. Recent exposes by respected German magazines and Salon and other media, have revealed a very different 
person than the Dalai Lama pretends to be.'
