Israel to Lebanon: Stop Hezbollah

Iran's Islamist Lebanese proxy is testing Israel, provoking a conflict. Click here for the story. The Middle East is on edge and at the brink ... thanks, in large measure, to U.S. appeasement of radical Islam.

The Plot Against Israel, Simply Stated

The plot against Israel, which the Obama administration is effectively aiding, boils down to this:

1. Demonize and isolate Israel through political and legal pressure, propaganda and public relations.

2. Force Israel to withdraw to indefensible borders--the "Auschwitz lines," as the late Israeli foreign minister, Abba Eban, referred to the pre-1967 borders.

3. Create a Hamas-ruled Palestinian state in the disputed lands west of the Jordan River, including East Jerusalem.

4. Encourage radicalized Israeli Arabs to rise up against a weakened, shrunken Jewish State.

5. Allow Islamist Iran to develop atomic arms.

Israel Trying to Curb Iran in South America

Read about it here, and here. Israel is doing what the United States should be doing--trying to counter nuclear-arming Iran's growing influence in South America.

The Islamist regime is establishing bases for terrorism and espionage in Washington's backyard. The Iranian strategy recalls Nazi Germany's deep involvement in South America under cover of commerce and diplomacy.

Iranian Army Officers Arrested

Click here for the report. China Confidential has repeatedly predicted that members of Iran's regular armed forces could side with the opposition.

The regime is running scared....

US Downplays North Korean Nuclear Threat

Click here for the story. The U.S. State Department continues to downplay the North Korean nuclear/missile threat.

China Confidential analysts respectfully disagree. Not for nothing have North Korea and Iran developed and tested systems for launching ballistic missiles--capable of carrying nuclear warheads--from seemingly civilian cargo ships.

There is no known defense against this kind of attack, known to security experts as a Scud-in-a-bucket-style strike.

NY Times Confirms China Confidential Iran Analysis

Click here for the article. For once, the New York Times agrees with China Confidential: Iran's regime is no longer clerical fascist; it is fascist, with a theocratic veneer.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps is in charge; Ahmadinejad is their man; Khamenei, their puppet. Hence, the split within the clerical elite.

In the meantime, millions of Iranians desperately want to be free of the whole, horrific, Islamist system. Unlike Barack Obama, who aims to appease and align with so-called moderate Islamists, Iranian democracy-seekers know the only good Islamist system is a dead one.

Anti-Russian Sentiment Grows in Iran

In this video of last Friday's demonstrations in Tehran, the crowd can be heard chanting: "Shame on you Russia, let go of our country!" ("Roo-ssi-eh" is Persian for Russia). Click herefor more background information about deepening Russian involvement in Iran.

Turkey's 'Trial of the Century' Begins

Turkey is trying dozens of people, including two retired four-star generals, accused of plotting a coup against the Islamist-influenced and -rooted government. Click here for the news, and here for the significance of the trial. Not for nothing is it being called Turkey's "trial of the century."

Tragically, the United States under both the previous and present administrations has tilted toward the Islamists and against the military, traditional guardian of Turkey's secular system. In the name of democracy promotion, ironically, the U.S. is overtly or tacitly supporting the most anti-democratic elements, for whom democracy and democratic institutions are mere means to creation of Islamist (clerical fascist) regimes.
