Citizenseye - http://www.citizenseye.org/ CST recorded 609 antisemitism incidents in the first six months of 09 The Community Security Trust (which monitors antisemitism and provides advice and support on security to Jewish communities in the UK) has produced a new report detailing antisemitic incidents in the first half of 2009 (from January to June). Of particular note is the fact that they have recorded more incidents (609) in this six month period than in the whole of 2008 (544 incidents). The Community Security Trust (CST) have never recorded a figure in excess of 600 in any calendar year. January 2009 saw 286 recorded incidents, the highest monthly total by some way in the organisation’s recording history.
