The `Union' of the United States is being threatened with dissolution into five areas for purposes of military command and control, over the still reluctant population, that has been the target of its enemies since before this place had a formalized name. One of the most destructive and least known weapons that have been used to accomplish this impending obscenity; has been the use and abuse of regulations and governmental decrees that have been continually used and abused to end this experiment in Freedom, from within. “War and the Emergency Powers” War & the Emergency Powers [as signified by] The Gold-Fringed Flag "The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer."--Henry Kissinger “Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by President Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the national emergency proclaimed by President Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971. Senate Report 93-549 crises have - from, at least, the Civil War - in important ways, shaped the present phenomenon of a permanent state of national emergency." PRESIDENTIAL POWERS IN TIMES OF EMERGENCY: The Major Premise (Updated November 13, 2000) The Introduction to Senate Report 93-549 (93rd Congress, 1st Session, 1973)summarizes the situation as best as possible; "A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. . . And, in the United States, actions taken by the Government in times of great crises have-from, at least, the Civil War-in important ways, shaped the present phenomenon of a permanent state of national emergency." Is the Constitution Suspended? (a) Any authority granted to the President by section 1702 of this title may be exercised to deal with any unusual and extraordinary threat, which has its source in whole or substantial part outside the United States, to the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States, if the President declares a national emergency with respect to such threat. (b) The authorities granted to the President by section 1702 of this title may only be exercised to deal with an unusual and extraordinary threat with respect to which a national emergency has been declared for purposes of this chapter and may not be exercised for any other purpose. Any exercise of such authorities to deal with any new threat shall be based on a new declaration of national emergency which must be with respect to such threat.” Declaration of Independence - 1776 A Special Report on the National From Data on The Web and Archives, United States Congressional Record March 17, 1993 Vol. #33, page H-1303 Speaker-Representative James Traficant, Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House: "Mr. Speaker, we are here now in chapter 11. Members of Congress are official trustees presiding over the greatest reorganization of any Bankrupt entity in world history, the U.S. Government. We are setting forth hopefully, a blueprint for our future. There are some who say it is a coroner's report that will lead to our demise." United States Congressional Record May 4, 1992, page H 2891, Congressman and Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs (101st through 103rd Congresses), Representative Henry Gonzalez (Texas) speaking on"NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL THIEVERY IN HIGH PLACES" (See Record Entry): "We are bankrupted. We are insolvent on every level of our national life, whether it is corporate, whether it is just plain you and I out there with the life of debt that we have all piled up, private debt, credit cards and what not, or whether it is the government. We are insolvent. How long will it take before that nasty mega-truth is conveyed?" United States Congressional Record January 19, 1976, page 240, Representative Marjorie S. Holt (Maryland): "Mr. Speaker, many of us recently received a letter from the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, inviting members of Congress to participate in a ceremonial signing of "A Declaration of Interdependence" on January 30 in Congress Hall, adjacent to Independence Hall in Philadelphia. A number of Members of Congress have been invited to sign this document, lending their prestige to its theme, but I want the record to show my strong opposition to this declaration. It calls for the surrender of our national sovereignty to international organizations. It declares that our economy should be regulated by international authorities. It proposes that we enter a "New World Order" that would redistribute the wealth created by the American people. Mr. Speaker, this is an obscenity that defiles our Declaration of Independence, signed 200 years ago in Philadelphia. We fought a great Revolution for independence and individual liberty, but now it is proposed that we participate in a world socialist order. Are we a proud and free people, or are we a carcass to be picked by the jackals of the world, who want to destroy us? When one cuts through the high-flown rhetoric of this "Declaration of Interdependence," one finds key phrases that tell the story. For example, it states that 'The economy of all nations is a seamless web, and that no one nation can any longer effectively maintain its processes of production and monetary systems without recognizing the necessity for collaborative regulation by international authorities.' How do you like the idea of "international authorities" controlling our production and our monetary system, Mr. Speaker? How could any American dedicated to our national independence and freedom tolerate such an idea? . . . America should never subject her fate to decisions by such an assembly, unless we long for national suicide. Instead, let us have independence and freedom . . . If we surrender our independence to a "new world order" . . . we will be betraying our historic ideals of freedom and self-government. Freedom and self-government are not outdated. The fathers of our Republic fought a revolution for those ideals, which are as valid today as they ever were. Let us not betray freedom by embracing slave masters; let us not betray self-government with world government; let us celebrate Jefferson and Madison, not Marx and Lenin." In a nutshell; the above could be considered to be the Foreword for what is happening today. Please remember that George W. Bush's grandfather Prescott Bush was convicted of Trading with the Enemy during World War Two, and that he did not even serve time for that crime (in a time of war) - Why Not? (1) If we `care' about the state of what was once a voluntary Union of States that we called The United States: then we had better begin to demand real changes from that entity that now sits astride the center of the Spider's Web which has replaced our government with a fascist state, as prelude, to our disappearance into the facelessness but total surrender of ourselves to the New World Order. . . 1) Bush Nazi Link Confirmed: http://www.geocities.com/bushfamilynazis/

Executive Orders and the New World Order
The Introduction to Senate Report 93-549 (93rd Congress, 1st Session, 1973) summarizes the situation that we face today - except it is far worse today than it was in 1973 !!
"A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years [now 66 years], freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency. The problem of how a constitutional democracy reacts to great crises, however, far antedates the Great Depression. As a philosophical issue, its origins reach back to the Greek city-states and the Roman Republic. And, in the United States, actions taken by the Government in times of great

On September 14, 2001, President Bush declared that a "national emergency exists by reason of the terrorist attacks ... and the continuing and immediate threat of further attacks on the United States." When the emergency will end, no one knows.
