thought we were rid of him, but somebody’s let him out of his cage!
However, he’s bound to put his foot in it sooner or later so perhaps we should welcome him back

Copenhagen failure would be "catastrophic for the world", warns Prescott
• John Prescott, Former Deputy PM
Mr Prescott, who today launches The New Earth Deal, warned that unless richer countries recognised that they need to take more of the burden on climate change the Copenhagen agreement would end in “catastrophic” failure.
He said the “burden has got to be more on the rich countries that on the developing countries”, and warned that if this wasn’t recognised the Copenhagen agreement would fail. He added that failure “would be catastrophic for the world, the third world and the rich”.
"You've got to have a carbon distribution that takes into account per head. Unless this agreement recognises that we have to have a principle that is a common and differentiated responsibility, then i think we might fail," he added.
He also said he was anxious to keep up pressure on those against windfarms, and warned that in the US “all the opposition’s beginning to arise again”.
