Lord Monckton did in fact omit some important details:

 1. India, China and America will not sign the Copenhagen Treaty this time around;  

 2. President Obama will not attend the Copehagen Summit;   

 3. Unless two thirds of the Senate signs it will not be law in USA

 (Ed - The question remains can international treaties over-rule national law  

if the President signs?)   

This is of such IMPORTANCE that we are sending it out to ALL on our lists and
