Climate Change Nonsense Demolished

If anyone has any lingering doubts about the utter nonsense of supposed human-induced climate change may I encourage them to read a new book by an Australian professor of geology.  Prof Ian Plimer is based at the University of Adelaide's school of Earth and Environmental Sciences.

Heaven and Earth is a highly readable, thorough, scrupulous and irrefutable work of dissection and demolition.  It is comprehensively annotated with many hundreds of scientific references.  But they do not spoil the flow of his narrative for the lay reader.

How any politician or activist can maintain the absurdity of human-induced climate change after reading Professor Plimer's book is beyond me.  He reduces them into laughing stocks and does so with elegance, painstaking care and indisputable logic.

He is particularly scathing about the hi-jacking of the climate debate by greedy governments.
He also launches some vigorous criticism at the environmentalist lobby which chooses not to recognise the difference between protecting our natural environment and exploiting it for political purposes.

In my non-scientific view, Professor Plimer’s devastatingly meticulous analysis of all the relevant facts should put an end to the so-called climate change debate.

We now have to encourage the rest of the world to catch up, particularly the media.
