Special bulletin from the TPA
TaxPayers' Alliance launches first nationwide cinema advert

Dear TPA supporter,

I'm writing to give you some very exciting news about the next step in the TPA's campaigns. This week, we are launching our first ever national cinema advert.

It's obviously very exciting that we are going to reach hundreds of thousands of people with the TPA's message, and this elevates our campaign to a whole new level. It is almost ten years since the last UK campaign group was able to mount a cinema advertising campaign, which makes this an even greater achievement.

This advert focuses light heartedly on the very real costs of the EU, and features a number of brief scenes exploring different ways that the EU rips all of us off.

It is now online for you watch here - I hope you enjoy it!

It's getting a great response already, and has been described by Tim Montgomerie of ConservativeHome as mapping out "the future of euroscepticism" by highlighting the real world impact of the EU on people's pockets.

Please help us spread this advert, and the TPA's message far and wide. You can do that in three easy ways:

1) please send this link on to your friends and family: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DxPnjOBlRI
2) embed it on your own blog - the code to do so is available on the Youtube page.
3) put the link in your Facebook status or on Twitter.

The more people that see this the better!

The book that the advert promotes, Ten Years On, is becoming a phenomenon, with over 22,000 orders in its first week. If you haven't got yourself a copy yet, or if you know someone who would like a copy, there is still time to order by clicking here. Also, in case you were wondering, this unique project has been kindly funded by some specific donations to our EU campaign - your normal donations to the TPA continue to fund our core activities, and are as ever much appreciated!

Best,

Matthew Elliott,
Chief Executive
