What Do You Reckon ?

Dear All

Like many people I have come to the end of my tether with the self-serving interests of our "servants' at Westminster. The only problem is, of course, that they think they are our Masters! Yesterday must rank as the nadir in the United Kingdom’s history and I admit to shedding a few tears each time the BBC wallowed in the EU glory of the Lisbon Treaty that has now being signed and the United Kingdom's independence and long history of self-government despatched with it.

But then I started to get angry.

I started to get really, really angry. Why have we allowed this bunch of professional politicians at Westminster, who have never run a sweetshop to dictate that our country's independence is up for grabs! They simply do not have a right as an executive to do this. Magna Carta expressly forbids our being placed under a foreign power.

On top of this bleak and supine announcement of this country's future we learn that the Government's little friends in the City are to receive yet another tranche of taxpayer money (£3,000,000000) so they can continue to pay zillions of bonuses to the City Slickers who have done so much to reduce this country to penury. This really does have to come to a stop!

This country cannot afford to go on like this, giving millions of hard-earned taxpayer money every day (some

£40,000000 a day) to Brussels. And for what? You may well ask! We give this money to an organisation controlled by a convicted thief, Barroso. They haven't had their accounts cleared in God only know how long. What the hell are we doing there. What the hell did our forefathers die for? This nonsense? I don't think so.

So yesterday, I became angry. Angry at the way our country has been abused by successive Governments starting with Heath. Angry that everything our forefathers died for has been chucked away as though worth nothing. Yes I am angry! To turn those magnificent ultimate sacrifices for the benefit of succeeding generations into a futile exercise makes my blood boil. They way that this preposterous Labour Government has attempted to alter our whole culture and Britishness, on the back of some pathetic political points scoring blueprint, makes me very, very angry. They way they and the despicable people in the MoD in Whitehall have constantly treated our troops, with their obnoxious press releases about how they value the troops and then, dispiritingly, leave them with sub-standard equipment to get blown up needlessly. Yes that makes my blood boil as well. The way P.M. Brown tried to creep to Brussels by selling Britain's gold for a fifth of its value, should have brought him into the dock to explain his criminal fiscal negligence. But it hasn't. Yet! And I will be angry until that day comes.

The way that Prescott has created Common Purpose to act as a fifth column in our society, designed to spread its evil web of attempting to destroy the self-confidence of our society from within and not one journo sees fit to expose them nationally. That makes me very angry.

The way our culture has been turned whereby our pensioners are treated worse than any immigrant. There are many pensioners out there that would like their TV licenses paid for an a new telly every year and the same benefits  the taxpayer funds for immigrants. But in this new Britain created by the self-serving troughiticians our pensioners don't count. Their wartime sacrifices count for nought. That should make everyone angry.

And the thing that makes me very, very angry? Is the fact that our children have been taught that the world revolves around THEM and that they can't do anything wrong or learn what it is to lose. That they can destroy perfectly good teachers with a single word! What the hell has happened to this once ungovernable nation? Why aren't the young getting involved in politics? Students who used to bring a fresh air to our thinking now seem strangely silent.

OK - I could go on and on about hospitals, police, crime, the infrastructure and so on. We are all aware, only too well, the changes that have been wrought in our society to the detriment of all of us. I hope you, too, are feeling angry. I hope that like me you want to do something about it. I am not content to sit back any longer and put up with the arrant nonsense that Westminster chucks at us every day. I want to make sure that those self-serving troughiticians at Westminster KNOW HOW ANGRY WE ARE. To that end I am currently organising a March to Westminster to make sure they understand and if it's too late for a Lisbon Treaty Referendum it sure as hell isn't too late to have a Referendum on whether we leave the EU or not. And we shall be demanding that Referendum is provided to the British people when we finish the ‘WeAreAngry’ March, hopefully with hundreds of thousands present from all over the country, in Westminster Square.

Clearly this exercise is going to take a great deal of organising and a great deal of money. Any help, contributions you feel able to provide will be very, very welcome. Hopefully the new website, 'WeAreAngry.co.uk' will be ready shortly - keep an eye out - but in the meantime be assured this is an apolitical event and everyone is welcome from any party or from none. No political movement is involved whatsoever in the wings – this is just the British saying we are fed up with lying expense-driven politicians and have had enough. Even now they don’t seem to realise they have done anything wrong!

If you can, with money or services, please help. And keep an eye out on the web site from Monday for progress and logistics requirements.

Yours most sincerely

Nick Chance
