Father Drops Swine Flu Vaccine Legal Battle

Mother who has refused to give her nine-year-old
daughter the swine flu vaccination

The schoolgirl's mother had opted to take her out of the immunisation programme at her school on the island of Jersey, amid fears over the safety of the vaccine, but her ex-partner objected. The case was due to get underway on Tuesday, with expert witnesses being called in to give evidence regarding the potential risks associated with the swine flu jab. However the dispute was settled when the girl's 46-year-old father decided to withdraw the action
. One Click Note: One can but speculate as to the pressure that the father must have been put under by the pharmaceutical industry and the UK government in all its guises to settle this case.

Algiers: Doctors Advise No To Swine Flu Vaccine

The department of epidemiology and preventive medicine at the University Hospital of Beni Messous has not experienced rush to vaccinate against influenza A (H1N1). Apart from doctors and staff working in the health sector, few people appeared to be vaccinated. Mohamed, a nurse, decided not to get vaccinated.
"Hunger will kill us before the virus," he says. Soumia is also a nurse, she refused to be vaccinated regardless of conditions. She said she had followed the hype surrounding the vaccine campaign in France whose conclusion was that the evil was greater than the benefit of the vaccine. Prevention, she said, remains the best way to guard against swine flu. Hamida, housewife: "My doctor recommended me not to be vaccinated."

Couple Spend Miserable Christmas Abroad To Prevent UK Social Services Kidnapping Unborn Son

The couple with with one of their baby's first toys
The parents fled Britain on the day that council workers had scheduled a meeting to assess whether they were fit to bring up the boy, who is due in February. They previously disclosed to the Daily Telegraph how their lives were “destroyed” when Suffolk County Council staff marched into their home and forcibly removed their daughter when she was nine weeks old. Social services snatched the child whilst police restrained them despite no allegations made against them and their fitness to bring up their child ever having been proven. Last month in the Commons Tim Yeo, the couple’s local MP, accused council officials of "kidnapping" the child solely to boost their adoption figures.

Council Worker Suspended After Social Services Vulnerable People Data Leak

A County Hall employee has been suspended from duty after being arrested as part of a police investigation into allegations that she leaked sensitive information about vulnerable people. A source said the offence was being treated seriously as it exposed security flaws which could compromise public safety or be exploited by criminals. The investigation is being led by the force's vulnerable people directorate which deals with allegations of abuse towards children and vulnerable adults as well as having responsibility for public protection. It is believed that the woman was seeking to access information which could have been exploited by a future employer.
