Which Metrics Make Sense for Listed Gold Miners?

Dennis Boyko of GoldMinerPulse compares traditional ways of comparing publicly traded gold mining companies. 

He questions the utility of P/E (Price to Earnings) Ratios for exploration companies that typically do not have earnings. 

Market capitalization per ounce of gold equivalent is a better better metric, he argues, because it allows for a comparison between explorers and producers.
