Chief Executive Officer - Michael S. Coffman Ph.D., is the President of Environmental Perspectives, Inc. (EPI), author of Saviors of the Earth, and a nationally recognized expert in the fields of climate change, forestry and ecosystem management. He is an authority on international environmental issues, and a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and for the media. Chairman - Henry Lamb is the founder of theEnvironmental Conservation Organization, founded in 1988,  Freedom21, Inc., and founder of the Freedom21 Federal Credit Union. He also serves on various boards and committees of other organizations that promote environmental stewardship, private property rights, and Constitutional values.

Floy Lilley Vice Chairman - Floy Lilley (send her mail) is an adjunct faculty member at the Mises Institute. She has voice recorded hundreds of books and articles on liberty and free markets that are freely downloadable from mises.org. She is a columnist for LRC, the anti-state, anti-war, pro-market website. She was formerly with the University of Texas atAustin's Chair of Free Enterprise, and an attorney-at-law inTexas and Florida. Lilley attended twenty-two UN conferences between 1990 and 2001.

Director - Tom McDonnell is the Executive Vice President of  the Idaho Cattle Association, and past Director of Natural Resources for the American Sheep Industry Association. Tom's research and publications have significantly advanced understanding of the International community and the global agenda.

Director - Bert Smith is founder of Smith and Edwards, known nation-wide as the shopping center of the West in Ogden, Utah, and founder of the National Federal Lands Conference. Bert was a driving force is the "Sagebrush Rebellion" which prevented the enactment of national comprehensive planning legislation in the 1970s.

Director - Robert O. Voight (deceased) is the founding president of the Maine Conservation Rights Institute, founded in 1990. Bob, a 22-year veteran air-force pilot, also organized the Sustainable Freedom Coalition which spawned Sovereignty International. (Deceased)
