Dear Editor:

 

A Westminster London Magistrate Court issued a warrant on December 12, 2009 alleging crimes arising from the Israeli Gaza counter-offensive.

 

The effect of this warrant requires the Israeli leaders who ordered this counter-offensive to appear in court as defendants.

 

I have one question for the Judge or Judges who issued this warrant.

 

Would you have issued a similar warrant of the British Government ordered a counter-offensive against a “Scothamas” entity which launched thousands of missiles into Great Britain from Scotland?
