Atlas readers are long familiar with the the rugged individualist and warrior American, Lt Colonel Allen West. I thought you might enjoy this interview I did with him in NY. I was struck by his aversion to special interest dollars. He describes his efforts to fund raise as the "people's pac". No money from largesse, just from the folks. I still say the RNC, and particularly Michael Steele, are out of touch and lost for not supporting great Americans like West. Steele must go, as must much of the old Republican guard.
