A little inflation is said to be a good thing. It is said to be the fuel that fires an economic rebound. The government currently maintains that inflation remains very low and is not a concern. But why should we believe their figures?
"Obviously we're not being given accurate numbers. Every time the inflation rate begins to look bad, they go back and adjust the formula by which they measure it. They finagle all the time. There's one thing that Americans are learning is that it's the nature of government to lie... And so I cannot judge what our inflation is by looking at official figures. Trillions and trillions of dollars that have been created out of thin air and put in the pipeline.
