Chavez Writes Off Haiti's Oil Debt to Venezuela

'President Hugo Chavez has announced that he will write off the undisclosed sum Haiti owes Venezuela for oil as part of a regional bloc's plans to help the impoverished Caribbean nation after the devastating Jan 12 earthquake.

'Haiti has no debt with Venezuela, just the opposite: Venezuela has a historical debt with that nation, with that people for whom we feel not pity but rather admiration, and we share their faith, their hope,' Chavez said after the extraordinary meeting of foreign ministers of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Americas, or ALBA.'

Patty Hearst's grandfather, a destroyer of nature for his own personal profit, stood to lose billions because of hemp.

In 1937, Dupont patented the processes to make plastics from oil and coal. Dupont's Annual Report urged stockholders to invest in its new petrochemical division. Synthetics such as plastics, cellophane, celluloid, methanol, nylon, rayon, Dacron, etc., could now be made from oil. Natural hemp industrialization would have ruined over 80% of Dupont's business.'

Ex-UK Attorney General Had Doubts About Iraq War

'Tony Blair's top legal advisor Lord Peter Goldsmith admitted he was initially skeptical of the legitimacy of US military action against Iraq. Goldsmith told the Chiltoc inquiry on Wednesday that he had not been convinced an invasion was necessary, pointing out that UN Resolution 1441 — which gave Saddam Hussein a final warning — was "not crystal clear." "I didn't see any evidence of an imminent threat" that called for self-defense, Goldsmith said.'

Very Quietly Obama's Citizenship Case Reaches the Supreme Court

'In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency,the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has Released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College .

Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the college. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California.

The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.'

Tony Blair Warned by 27 Lawyers That Iraq War Was Illegal

'Senior Government lawyers told the Iraq inquiry that they advised the action had “no legal basis in international law”. Last night it was reported every one of the 27 lawyers in the department advised the war was illegal. Yesterday Sir Michael Wood, who was the Foreign Office’s chief legal adviser, told the hearing he warned the then Foreign Secretary Jack Straw an invasion would “amount to the crime of aggression”.'

Oscar-winning US Filmmaker Oliver Stone Says Adolf Hitler Was 'Enabled by Western Bankers'

'Adolf Hitler was a psychopath and a monster but rose to power thanks to big business leaders and other supporters who appreciated his vow to destroy communism and control workers, Hollywood filmmaker Oliver Stone said Monday.

Stone, who is working on a 10-part documentary on the 20th century titled "The Secret History of the United States," said the German dictator was "enabled by Western bankers" and managed to "seduce" Germany's military industrial complex.'
