Hi Jeff, Here's a story from this morning's MSNBC from the Washington Post. Business is GOOD at The Federal Reserve - $45 Billion good! But here's the kicker in the second paragraph... "The Fed will return about $45 billion to the U.S. Treasury for 2009, according to calculations by The Washington Post based on public documents. That reflects the highest earnings in the 96-year history of the central bank. The Fed, unlike most government agencies, funds itself from its own operations and returns its profits to the Treasury." Shame, shame, shame on Neil Irwin, the 'journalist' (propagandist) for telling his readers the Fed is a 'government agency.' Now 'informed' (brainwashed) Washington Post readers (sheeple) will believe that the Fed is part of our government.
