Hello All,

I am passing this on in the hope that you will in turn do the same.  My Dad flew over 40 missions out of England with the 8th Air Force [then Army Air Corps] during WW II and always spoke so fondly of the British people and our joint efforts there.  Recently I had the opportunity to meet some of the wonderful Brits who have been working to preserve and protect the former Airfields throughout England--in fact, they managed to restore the only one left standing since the war in Bury St. Edmunds, where my Dad was stationed for much of his tenure there.

If you would take a minute to hit the hot link below, sign the petition and pass it on to all of your lists, I would be eternally grateful.  We must never forget all that was done there, or those who did it.

Many thanks and best in Patriotism, now and always,

Marnie
