AGENT LUCIUS=Vietnam, Western Intelligence and Agent "Lucius"
The Vietnam war remains one of the biggest enigmas of the 20th century.
The statistics are staggering:
United States:
58,159 dead; 1,724 missing; 303,635 wounded[7]
Total for South Vietnam and Its Allies:
Total dead: 315,831 Total wounded: ~1,490,000+
Total for North Vietnam and Its Allies:
Total dead: ~1,177,446 Total wounded: ~604,000+
An estimated 1.5 million lives were lost and over 2 million were wounded.
"France began its conquest of Indochina in 1859. In spite of military resistance, by 1888 the area of the current-day nations of Cambodia and Vietnam was made into the colony of French Indochina (Laos was added later). Various Vietnamese opposition movements to the French rule existed during this period but none were ultimately as successful as the Viet Minh common front... founded in 1941 and funded by United States and Chinese Nationalists in its fight against Japanese occupation.
During World War II, the French were defeated by the Germans in 1940. For French Indochina, this meant that the colonial authorities became Vichy French, allies of the German-Italian Axis powers. In turn this meant that the French collaborated with the Japanese forces after their invasion of French Indochina during 1940. The French continued to run affairs in the colony, but ultimate power resided in the hands of the Japanese." (Source)
Vichy France is one of the most under-reported events in History. The reality is, France fell to the Nazis because of French Fascism. These Fascists paved the way for Hitler to enter Paris with little opposition and were rewarded with leadership positions in the new government.
Interestingly enough, the Vichy government was recognized by the Allies as a legitimate government, even while it was working towards the goals of its new Axis Masters.
"During World War II, Japan occupied French Indochina. As well as fighting the Vichy French, the Việt Minh started a campaign against the Japanese. Due to their opposition to the Japanese, the Việt Minh received funding from the Americans and the Chinese, although the Chinese Nationalists imprisoned Hồ Chí Minh for more than a year during the fight against the Japanese for being a Communist. When Japan surrendered in August 1945, the Japanese handed over control of some public buildings and weapons requisitioned from the French army to the Việt Minh, now led by Hồ Chí Minh, after turning in the Vietnamese nationalist leaders of the Việt Minh to the French colonialists. Việt Minh also recruited more than 600 of the Japanese soldiers. These soldiers fought the war against France until 1954. Some of them remained in Vietnam and adapted to Vietnamese. After the nationalist organizations proclaimed the independence of Việt Nam, Hồ proclaimed the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on September 2, 1945." (Source)
Another interesting sidenote of History is that The precursor of the CIA, the OSS actually helped bring Ho Chi Minh (the future Communist Dictator of North Vietnam) into power.
"The Office of Strategic Services (OSS) operated from its Kunming headquarters in Yunan province, in southern China. The head of the OSS there was Archimedes Patti. He interacted with Ho Chi Minh and was present in Hanoi, as head of OSS there, during the August Revolution. Several of the men who collaborated with Ho Chi Minh and his Viet Minh forces were earlier in Kunming working under the direction of Patti. In the war against Japan, there was concern that the Japanese might move from northern Vietnam into southern China. As historian Marilyn Young puts it, the U.S.-Viet Minh wartime connection made them"allies of a sort."
OSS operations launched from Kunming included the work of the Deer Team. This mission involved seven OSS men who parachuted into Ho Chi Minh's jungle headquarters north of Hanoi. The area in which the Deer Mission took place was Tan Trao. By this time, the three men in an intelligence group known as GBT (Laurence Gordon, Harry V. Bernard, and Frank Tan) had contacted Ho Chi Minh and learned of his eagerness for further contact with Americans in the war against Japan. GBT was the code name for the group; its origin was from the first letter of the last names of the three men on the team.
The Deer Mission started July 16, 1945. Led by Major Allison Kent Thomas, the seven men who landed at Tan Trao began to train the Viet Minh, to provide them with explosives and small arms, and to provide medical assistance to Ho Chi Minh, who on first contact was found to be very ill. Historian Cecil B. Currey maintains that the team's medic, Paul Hoagland, treated Ho Chi Minh and may have saved his life." Source
Even more interesting is the acknowledgement that Ho Chi Minh was also a Western Intelligence Asset .
This OSS mission marked the beginning of a modest and brief American encounter with our future enemies in Vietnam. The OSS men observed the Viet Minh, whom they were training, in combat, and men such as Frank Tan trained some of them in use of radio equipment. In return, Vo Nguyen Giap and Ho Chi Minh, and their Viet Minh troops, assisted the U.S. by rescuing downed American pilots. The U.S. learned, also, how dedicated the Viet Minh and their leaders were to gain Vietnam's independence.
One thing Ho Chi Minh wanted at the time was recognition of the Viet Minh as legitimate representatives of the Vietnamese. Instead, in addition to our advisory role and a few weapons, the OSS gave Ho Chi Minh an official appointment as OSS Agent 19 and a code name of "Lucius." (Ibid)
Lucius. As in Lucius Trust? Formerly known as the Lucifer Trust?
Minh initially operated under the direction of the Western backed Chinese Nationalists (Taiwan). After the war with Japan, the Chinese Nationalists withdrew and France reassumed her leadership over the country. The Viet Minh war with France resulted soon thereafter. Historians also point out that the Japanese trained the Viet Minh (under Western direction?) after the war.
Việt Minh who were short on modern military knowledge made a military school in Tỉnh Quảng Ngãi on June 1946. More than 400 Vietnamese were trained by Japanese soldiers in this school. These soldiers were called as students of the Japanese and were feared by the French army in the First Indochina War. Later, some of them fought as generals against the United States in the Vietnam War.
French General Jean-Etienne Valluy quickly pushed the Việt Minh out of Hanoi. His French infantry with armored units went through Hanoi, fighting small battles against isolated Việt Minh groups. The French encircled the Việt Minh base, Việt Bắc in 1947, but failed to defeat the Việt Minh forces, and had to retreat soon after. The campaign is now widely considered a Việt Minh victory over the well-equipped French force.
The Việt Minh continued fighting against the French until 1949, when the border of China and Viet Nam was linked together as the result of the campaign called Chiến dịch Biên giới (Borderland Campaign). The newly Communist People's Republic of China gave the Việt Minh both sheltered bases and heavy weapons with which to fight the French. With the additional weapons, the Việt Minh were able to take control over many rural areas of the country. Soon after that, they began to advance towards the French occupied areas.
I am convinced that the globalists created the Vietnamese conflict for a variety of reasons:
1. To make money off of the arms sales and lucrative military contracts.
2. For purposes of genocide and extermination of native populations in Indo-China
3. To solidify their narcotics operations.
"Desperately short of funds, French intelligence and paramilitary agencies took over the opium traffic in order to finance their covert operations during the First Indochina War (1946-1954). As soon as the civil administration would abolish some aspect of the trade, French intelligence services proceeded to take it over. By 1951 they controlled most of the opium trade-from the mountain poppy fields to the urban smoking dens. Dubbed "Operation X" by insiders, this clandestine opium traffic produced a legacy of Corsican narcotics syndicates and corrupted French intelligence officers who remain even today key figures in the international narcotics trade."Source
