James Woolsey, Paul Sperry to Speak at
ACT! for America’s National Conference
and Legislative Briefing

Mr. Woolsey has served in both Republican and Democratic administrations, including positions as Under Secretary of the Navy and Director of the CIA from 1993 to 1995.
