The Volcano that Threatens All of Europe
The volcano in Iceland that has disrupted air travel across Europe, closing most of the continent's airports, is nothing compared to the volcano whose lava-flow is capable of consuming all of European--and Western--civilization. This reporter is of course referring to the modern-day Islamic invasion of Europe through ceaseless immigration and high birth rates and the coming, worldwide eruption of Islamist terrorism and violence that is being fueled and managed by Iran, Al Qaeda, and Saudi Arabia.
Forget their theological and ethnic differences. The differences--Sunni or Shiite, turbans or skullcaps, burqas or headscarves, etc.--don't matter in terms of Western defense and security. Radical Islam is international. In fact, it has been international in scope and power since the 1950s, reaching across borders, connecting fanatics from Pakistan and Persia to Egypt and Arabia.
The United States has been blind to the reality of fascistic, right-wing political Islam--and organized Islam in general--for decades. For example, while the U.S. was covertly backing the Sunni Muslim Brotherhood against Nasser in Egypt in the '50s, the organization was cooperating with a Shiite Islamist terrorist group in Iran called the Devotees of Islam.
Today, Iran and the Taliban, Hamas and Hezbollah, the Wahhabis of Saudi Arabia, the fundamentalist fanatics of Russia’s southernmost republics of Chechnya, Ingushetia, Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria and North Ossetia ... and Al Qaeda ... are all cooperating.
And the Obama administration cynically and stupidly still hopes to ride the Islamist tiger without being eaten by it.
