Hamas Won't Let Deportees from Yesha Go Home

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority sources said Sunday that the Hamas government in Gaza has announced that it will not agree to absorb PA Arabs deported by the IDF. Several days ago, the IDF instituted an order allowing the army to expel PA Arabs from Gaza illegally residing in Judea and Samaria back to their original homes.
Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh said that his government was undertaking the step in order to ensure the rights of PA Arabs to live wherever they chose. Instead of allowing the Gaza residents to return to their homes, Hamas intends to build a large tent city in order to create international pressure as the pictures of deportees are distributed around the world, in order thwart the Israeli plan, Hamas sources said.
