For those of you still hungry for knowledge on "what the EU is all about", this is a long transcript of the speech by the German Horst Teubert, who speaks on behalf of German Foreign Policy.
He was addressing a large cross-party gathering of MPs in the House of Commons, way back on Mon 29th Jan.2007 - a long time ago!
However, it does give a clear insite into the German attitude towards the EU - even suggesting an EU base on the moon! Fascinating stuff! Enjoy!
