I was on FOX news tonight. Kimberly Guilfoyle was subbing (thank gawd) for Geraldo the clown. They had me on to discuss the 911 mega mosque at Ground Zero, and who was my adversary? Niwad Awad, Hamas supporter and founder of the unindicted co-conspirator, Hamas-linked, Muslim Brotherhood front CAIR.
F\Awad was quoted as saying at Barry University “I am a supporter of the Hamas movement.”How can you tell Niwad Awad is lying? His lips are moving. And that the mosque is all about "freedom on religion." Yes, CAIR's position of freedom of religion was best illustrated in their vile response to the freedom buses and persecution of Rifqa Bary.
Worse yet, he has the audacity to say that 911 had nothing to do with Islam.
Awad wrote in the Muslim World Monitor that the 1994 trial which resulted in the conviction of four Islamic terrorists who had perpetrated the previous year's World Trade Center bombing was “a travesty of justice.”Notwithstanding the confessions of the terrorists, Awad said: "There is ample evidence indicating that both the Mossad [Israel’s intelligence agency] and the Egyptian Intelligence played a role in the explosion."
In a 1994 interview with newsman Mike Wallace, Awad was asked if he supported the “military undertakings of Hamas,” to which he replied: “The United Nations Charter grants people who are under occupation [the right] to defend themselves against illegal occupation.” That same year, Awad declared at a Barry University meeting, "I am a supporter of the Hamasmovement.”
In June 2001 Awad participated in a protest outside the State Department and the White House, condemning U.S. support for Israel’s allegedly repressive government. In conjunction with this demonstration, several organizations -- including CAIR, IAP,American Muslims for Jerusalem, the Muslim Public Affairs Council, the American Muslim Council, and theMuslim American Society -- released a statement that read: “Before there can be any lasting peace in the region, America must finally come to terms with the real sources of violence, namely: 1) The brutal Israeli occupation of Palestinian land, 2) The continued expansion of settlements, 3) The denial of the right of return for Palestinian refugees, [and] 4) The billions of American taxpayer dollars that help finance Israel's occupation. Any other course of action is a recipe for unending strife and instability.”
In September 2003, Awad and CAIR Chairman Omar Ahmad were invited to testify at hearings held by the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Terrorism, Technology, and Homeland Security; both men declined to testify.
In an August 2006 interview on C-SPAN's Washington Journal, Awad suggested that suicide bombings are understandable attempts to address political injustices and do not have any inherent connection to radical Islam. Referring to the writing of political scientist Robert Pape on the topic, Awad stated: “[Pape] found out that [suicide terrorism] has more to do with occupations and fighting injustice than religion.” (more here)

Feds nix 'temple plot' terror
The case against four men accused of plotting to bomb New York synagogues and shoot down military planes will not focus on whether they were members of a terrorist group, a federal prosecutor said yesterday.
That appeared to sit well with the judge, who said she had been referring to the case privately as "the un-terrorist case."
The trial is "going to be about whether these guys were going to blow something up," Assistant US Attorney David Raskin said at a pretrial hearing, and a fellow prosecutor said the government will not present any evidence of membership in terrorist groups.
"It's not going to be about foreign terrorist organizations," Raskin said.
The Battle of Midway directed by John Ford, provides a relatively brief account of the Japanese attack of American ships at Midway atoll. The film is comprised mostly of authentic footage from the battle, with dramatic narration by Henry Fonda. "Behind every cloud, there may be an enemy," he intones as American fighter pilots search the sky.
John Ford, a Commander in the Navy reserve serving on temporary duty at Midway Atoll at the time, risked enemy fire to get his footage and was wounded by shrapnel during the Japanese air attack. He received the Purple Heart for the wound, as all military wounded in action do, but later was awarded the Legion of Merit for his actions during the battle. It’s is the highest award given for non-combat performance.

A Hindu being beaten by Muslims in a mosque in Bangladesh. He was captured outside the mosque while going home. After Friday prayers were over, the Muslims came out and grabbed the first Hindu they could. Mr. Vimal Patak a Bangladeshi born Hindu was beaten to death with sticks as the Muslim mullahs (priests) chanted "kill the Kafir!" (non-Muslim). With folded hands he begged for his life and died a brutal death.

The Mayor backs the mosque, which is why the June 6th rally against the proposed mega mosque is so important. The supremacists must be shamed into withdrawing and not doing a victory dance on the hallowed burial ground of Ground Zero.
While I agree that that the government should keep its big fat nose out of religion (separation of mosque and state), I do not agree that the Mayor should publicly take one side if he really believes government should stay out of it. It's why I believe petitions to the Mayor are a waste of time. New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has on his New York City Human Rights Commission the CAIR-NY's former President, Omar Mohammedi. Terror lawyer Mohammedi represents a number of organizations that are the defendants in a 9/11 lawsuit for the murder of 3000 innocent people. One of the organizations he is for is the World Assembly for Muslim Youth (WAMY), a Saudi-based group with offices around the globe that publishes incendiary materials against Jews and openly supports Hamas and violent jihad.
SIOA has called for his removal many times.
Bloomberg's human rights commissioner Mohammedi has also served as attorney for the Flying Imams, the six imams who were removed from a US Airways flight after passengers complained that they were acting suspiciously. According to Wikipedia, "Mohammedi filed a lawsuit on their behalf for unspecified damages, citing 'fear, depression, mental pain and financial injury" on the part of the imams.[17]" He also initially filed suit against the passengers who complained, which would have had a chilling effect on anyone reporting suspicious behavior by Muslims in airports -- although that part of the suit was dropped after Republicans in Congress passed legislation to protect the passengers.
So we know what side of the jihad Bloomberg comes down on. He offered that the Times Square car bomb jihadi was probably upset about Obamacare.
As for holding out hope that the landmarks commission will save the day, don't. The Mayor controls the landmarks commission.
In a dangerous and increasing trend, the politicians are ignoring their constituents. All of them are in lockstep with the Islamic supremacists, as witnessed at the community board meeting Tuesday night.
Imam Faisal Rauf should withdraw the proposal. It is hurting too many families and patriotic Americans. The war against the West is still being waged. The mega mosque will be the rallying cry for the universal caliphate -- a shrine to jihad at the cherished site of Islamic conquest.
The righteous, decent and tolerant thing to do would be for Imam Rauf and Daisy Khan to withdraw their plans for the mosque in the interest of "mutual understanding" and "mutual respect."
Bloomberg defends Ground Zero mosque as freedom-of-faith issue NY Post
In his fiercest defense yet of the mosque proposed near Ground Zero, Mayor Bloomberg declared yesterday that it must be allowed to proceed because the government "shouldn't be in the business of picking" one religion over another.
"I think it's fair to say if somebody was going to try, on that piece of property, to build a church or a synagogue, nobody would be yelling and screaming," the mayor said.
"And the fact of the matter is that Muslims have a right to do it, too."
Placing the proposed mosque two blocks from the World Trade Center site has led to an outcry from opponents, including family members of 9/11 victims, who contend the holy place at 45 Park Place would defile the memories of those who perished in the worst terror attack in US history.
Community Board 1 approved the project Tuesday night by a 29-1 vote after a raucous four-hour hearing in which nine members abstained.
The meeting got so heated that one young girl, whose father is Muslim and mother is Jewish and who went to testify in favor, decided instead to sit silently.
The issue also continues to fuel an intense debate on the Internet. One commenter likened a mosque near Ground Zero to a convent established on the grounds of Auschwitz. Pope John Paul II ordered the nuns to move in 1993 after years of protests from Jewish leaders.
But Bloomberg argued that blocking the 13-story mosque and Islamic cultural center would violate the essence of America.
"What is great about America and particularly New York is we welcome everybody, and if we are so afraid of something like this, what does that say about us?" asked the mayor.
"Democracy is stronger than this. You know the ability to practice your religion was one of the real reasons America was founded. And for us to just say no is just, I think, not appropriate is a nice way to phrase it
". . . If you are religious, you do not want the government picking religions, because what do you do the day they don't pick yours?"
Even with Bloomberg on board, the project still has to win approval of the city's Landmarks Preservation Commission, because the current building on the mosque site dates to 1857-58 and would have to be razed.
The landmark application has been pending since 1989 and was recently reinstated. The commission is scheduled to hold a hearing and a vote in the early summer.

Obama Skips Arlington Ceremony for Chicago
In a highly unusual move, President Barack Obama is going to skip the traditional Memorial Day event at Arlington National Cemetery to return home to Chicago for the long holiday weekend.
Obama sees it as addressing one of the great broken promises of his administration: his early pledge to return home to Chicago every six weeks or so, according to The Washington Post.

The Daily News investigative reporters trolled google in their research on me and exposed the blockbuster revelation of bikini commentary "from the surf of Israel" -- uh, it was Florida -- and they have not gotten one fact right. That was the whole of my resume at the NY Daily Blues, bikini vlogging.
The intrepid reporter went on to claim that the Miami bus system at first rejected the ads. Wrong, they were up and running when Islamic supremacist, unindicted co-conspirator, Hamas-linked hate sponsor CAIR threatened and bullied them to take the ads down. But they went right back up when I said I would fight for free speech.
Unindicted co-conspirator, Hamas-linked CAIR's Walid calls 1.5 billion Muslims "a minority group" -- I'd say the apostates who live in fear of their lives from thugs like CAIR are the minority group.
CAIR wants to keep us out of Detroit because there is a crying need in the area largely populated by Muslims. The Washington Times (a real newspaper that actually does real reporting) spoke to people in Detroit, and one teacher in Dearborn said:
The Dearborn educator, however, said the ads serve a positive purpose.
"This kind of campaign and Americans support of it could assure these frightened Muslims that they have the rights that every other American has, that they will be protected, not abandoned or exposed to their leaders should they act upon their desire to be free," the teacher said.
And that is the reason for Hamas-linked CAIR's ugly, irrational fury.

Motown has no use for the anti-Muslim ads plastered across the sides of buses in New York City.
Detroit's SMART bus system has rejected the button-pushing placards that read "Fatwa on your head? Is your community or family threatening you? Leaving Islam?" - and direct Muslims to a Web site urging them to leave the "falsity of Islam."
"It's a purely anti-Muslim hate issue," Dawud Walid of the Council on American-Islamic Relations told the Detroit News on Friday."The SMART bus company, or any bus company, should not be used to marginalize a minority group."
Defenders of the ads, dreamed up by Manhattan-based right wing blogger Pamela Geller and the New York-based Stop the Islamization of America, say it's a free speech issue and they have sued.
"Americans have a right to know the truth; Islam is a religion of intolerance and violence," said Michigan lawyer Richard Thompson, who filed the suit.
"Christians, Jews and other non-Muslim minorities are persecuted in every country where Islam dominates."
The MTA has not tried to remove the 40 ads, which Geller said cost her group $10,000 for a one-month run, because they do not violate agency advertising guidelines.
In April, the Miami bus system at first rejected the ads but relented when Geller's group threatened to sue.
A leader in the fight against the proposed mosque near Ground Zero who has Tea Party ties, Geller has been branded a bigot by CAIR and other groups.

US oil tax quadrupled to pay for spillsMay 29, 2010
The US House of Representatives has voted to more than quadruple a per-barrel oil tax that fills a special trust fund to pay for damages from major spills such as the Gulf of Mexico disaster.
The measure called for raising the eight-cent-per-barrel tax to 34 cents, raising nearly $US12 billion ($14.1 billion) dollars over 10 years for the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund, which currently holds about $US1.5 billion.
The legislation, which passed by a 215-204 margin, also aimed to raise the cap on per-incident trust fund expenditures from $US1 billion to $US5 billion.
Some analysts have warned that the price tag for the catastrophic oil spill that resulted from the explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon offshore drilling platform run by BP could top $US14 billion.
BP is legally responsible for all cleanup costs, but is only liable for up to $US75 million in economic damages - a cap that vanishes if the British energy giant is found to have been negligent or engaged in wilful misconduct.
To the extent that costs above that are not covered by BP - which has vowed to pay all ‘‘legitimate’’ claims - up to $US1 billion of the additional damages could come about of the trust fund.
The legislation approved on Friday would raise that ceiling to $US5 billion.
The Senate was expected to pass a different version of the bill when it returns from next week’s break, meaning the two chambers would have to agree on a compromise version to send to President Barack Obama.
The House-passed measure’s main goal was to extend a series of provisions aimed at battling stubbornly high US unemployment and extend jobless benefits to late November.

It has been revealed that now Muslims in the U.S have planned to construct two Mosques for the area around GROUND ZERO. There were only 10 Mosques in New York City in 1970. There were over 100 in 2001, including 17 in Manhattan. There is no reason to allow construction of a 15-story Mosque at Ground Zero.
Muslims paid $4.85 million in cash for the property. Islamic leaders have not explained to the public where the cash came from. It is reported that the funding came from Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Iran, the leading promoters of Islam jihad around the world. Muslims plan to inaugurate the Mosque on the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
Those officials who have approved construction of the 15-story Mosque at Ground Zero are not in touch with Islamic reality, and are afraid of jihadi terrorists. Out of fear, they made an irrational decision. Citizens should not now sit on the sidelines. They should confront decision makers who make policy decisions that have disastrous consequences. To do that, citizens must learn the past history of Islam and, Muslims’ present terrorist activities, and clear away their false assumptions on Islam. Citizens must make informed choices and ask questions to the political leaders.
TRUTHS ONE MUST KNOW ABOUT ISLAM BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE
There are some Americans who are really ignorant on Islam. People who deliberately do not want to know about Islam become desensitized to jihadi terrorism. Their insensitivity reveals their confusion. The Islamic pathology involved in the destruction of the World Trade Center and the murder of 3000 people needs further exploration in order to show the root cause of Jihadi terrorism. And there is no solution for jihadi terrorism and Islamic mayhem short of fundamental Islamic reformation or revision of the Koran. Whether America can survive as a free-democratic country depends on our citizens asking questions to the Islamic supremacists who want to construct a Mosque at GROUND ZERO.
· There are 56 nations that are members of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, plus the Palestinian Authority. Is there any Islamic country where Christians, Jews, Buddhists and Hindus can freely build their religious centers?
· Imams are busy issuing Fatwas against writers, journalists and cartoonists. Why there is no Fatwa issued against not just against “terrorism,” but specifically against Jihadi terrorism?
· Can America remain secular, democratic and pluralistic if Muslims become the majority?
· If Islam is peace, why are hostility, Jihad war, and violence taught at Madrasas? Why there is no peace for non-Muslims in any Islamic country?
· Islam believes in defeating Kafirs; can Muslims coexist with Christians, Jews, Buddhists and Hindus?
· Riots not infrequently take place after the Friday prayers at the Mosques. Is this not because of the fiery sermons of the Imams based on the Koran?
· Islam has nothing in common with secularism, pluralism, democracy, tolerance and Human Rights. Why should we allow Muslims to construct Mosques in which they will preach hatred against infidels?
· Are you aware that Islam does not allow for our Constitution? Muslims want to bring the whole world under Islam – transforming the Dar ul Harb (House of War) to Dar ul Islam (House of Islam). Are you aware of this hidden agenda?
· Are you aware more than 98% of terrorists arrested around the world are Muslims? Why?
· Muslim students are taught from the beginning that Christians are rats, Jewish people are pigs and Hindus are kafirs. Infidels can never be friends of Muslims, and they are to be killed. Do you still think that genuine friendship is possible with devout Muslims?

What does building a huge Mosque at Ground Zero where more than 300 people were murdered by the Jihadi attack on 9/11 really mean? What is the significance of Muslims buying property at fraction of its real price in a commercial neighborhood where property values were destroyed by jihadi terrorism? Muslims are repeating Islamic history in America. First they bomb and destroy historical buildings: churches, temples and commercial buildings. Then they occupy the remaining buildings and construct Mosques. Islamic history is repeating in New York City.
The Jihadi terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on 9/11, the attack on the USS Cole, the destruction of the Marine Barracks in Beirut, the bombing of the American Embassy in Kenya, the beheading of Wall Street Journalist Daniel Pearl in Pakistan, the killing of schoolchildren in Israel, and the bombing in London, Mumbai, Rome, Madrid, Paris, as well as death and destruction caused by Islamic Jihadis in different parts of the world, are the continuation of Islamic brutality stretching back to the time when Mohamed led Muslims in the first Jihad.
The Islamic prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan clearly and loudly said: “The Mosques are our barracks, the Domes are helmets, the Minarets are Bayonets and the faithful are soldiers.” Erdogan’s vision of Islam is the same as that of Bin Laden, Colonel Khadafy, Mullah Omar, Imam Yavalaki, Al-Zawahiri, Ayatollah Khomeini, and the Saudi King who awarded Erdogan “The King Faisal International prize for service to Islam.”
The purpose of the construction of an Islamic barracks in the heart of America is to train jihadis, perhaps violent as well as non-violent, for the next phase of the Islamic invasion of America. For the Islamic Mosque will train Muslims in the way of Islam. Since the days of Mohamed, the way of Islam is jihad. Mosques will ensure that newly converted Muslims become reliable jihadis, advancing the rule of Islamic law by various means.
The issues at stake will certainly affect the heart of American freedom, democracy, cultural values and tolerance. America is a tolerant country that allows for the free worship of all its citizens. But our tolerance has limits. Do we have to tolerate the intolerant Islamic ideology, and Muslims who preach intolerant Islam and want to annihilate or subjugate all infidels?
Until we question our assumptions about Islam, Muslims trained in Mosques by hate-preaching Mullahs will attack us with a vengeance. Islam is a controlled paradigm, a 7th century Arabian political dogma paraded as a religion. Islam tolerates no dissent, will of the people, freedom, coexistence, pluralism, secularism or religious tolerance.
We should not abdicate our responsibility. We must take responsibility for naming the root cause of jihad terrorism. Otherwise, our distracters and soul-violating forces will operate and we will still feel the pain. It is for our own good that we should ask some questions. Muslims say that they want to construct a Mosque for our own good, but that is not their true objective, and we need to know this. Acknowledging pain and suffering inflicted on us by the Islamists is not defeat. Our freedom is not free. We must begin to defend it with an honest awareness of forces that make us unfree. The most healing thing that we can do is to come out of our ignorance and denial about the real nature of Islam. Learning the true nature of Islam, its past brutality and present terrorist and supremacist plans, will determine whether we survive as a democratic nation. Mosques are training grounds for Muslims. Given the Islamic training, we should not be surprised or shocked when jihadis behave exactly as they have been trained. Jihadist Muslims embrace what is in the Koran and hadith fully and live by it without hesitation. Mosques are not known to teach the concepts of freedom, justice, human rights, and peaceful coexistence.
Islam teaches that Jihad in the name of Allah would ensure every Muslim a secure place in the world and happiness and luxury in the Islamic abode where Allah resides. Islamic mosques and religious centers serve as distribution points for hate literature. American Mosques are not products of our thought system. Mosques are not for preaching spirituality, ethics, civics, and coexistence. Do we have to allow construction of mosques that are breeding grounds for future terrorists? Mosques also serve as a vital links in the communications chain with Islamic terrorist groups around the world. The hate preaching Imams are on a collision course with American democracy, positive values and secularism.
Jihadis consider America as a great Satan. For Muslims, Jihad means battle against Satan. Through the Mosque, Muslims want to continue jihad war against infidel America. America is a battleground where jihadis can fight against Satan and his friends. The mission of the Islamic community in America is to spread Islamic sharia law, making all infidels into dhimmis. Muslims consider that it is a Muslim’s duty to wage war against infidels. To die in the battle against infidels is the highest form of witness to Allah. Do we want to allow Muslims to create more suicide bombers and murders on our soil?
