Interesting catch here by another eagle-eyed B-BBC reader...It related tothis story. An eagle eyed Biased BBC reader picks up on this...it has been doctored so that it reads "The Africans risking it all on the Egypt-Israel border" This is what is originally said,,,, I was reading this BBC report on the news that Israel has stopped a Palestinian terrorist attack, this time at sea, as four Palestinian humanitarians wearing diving suits met a watery death. In the first sentence the BBC tell us that Israel has killed four Palestinians. 8 paragraphs later the BBC informs us that "The al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, a militant group linked to Fatah, has reported that four of its men were killed and a fifth is missing." So, Israel kills terrorists might be a more accurate heading. Given Al-Aqsa's long track record of cruel and vicious terrorism, calling them "militants" seems as preposterous as calling the Islamic thugs on the Marmara "peace activists." Given that the BBC portray Al Fatah as the more benevolent side of Palestinians, and given that this was THEIR terror group in action, I'm surprised the BBC has so few questions to ask about it. We know Hamas are sanitised by the BBC, and now so are Fatah. More and more websites include references to the BBC and its bias. The Telegraph reports that the BBC has lavished £1million building a rooftop studio for its World Cup coverage and then wasted thousands more installing a lift so that Shearer, Lineker and Hansen would not have to walk up three flights of stair. (I suppose Shearer might injure himself?) Hasn't anyone told the BBC we are in a recession - is the age of austerity to be held at bay at the BBC care of the license tax? Moonbat time on the BBC each Sunday with Nicky Campbell and "The Big Question". This morning the audience is in fine voice DEMANDING that all guns be banned. Those on the other side of the argument were shouted down. Of course the BBC also believes all guns should be banned so those loons doing the shouting and screaming in the audience are actually articulating the State Broadcasters feelings. I was wondering given the BBC's embrace of the word "Activist" to describe Hamas enablers, should we not produce a new thesaurus to help us translate the propaganda and bias spewed out by the BBC? Late night BBC news proclaiming that Israel was "unmoved" by sight of Irish Nobel Peace Laureate Mairead Corrigan being escorted off the "Rachel Corrie". Why would this question be asked in the first place UNLESS the person asking it had a bias? Were those who carried out 7/7 "activists" also? Loathsome BBC. A Biased BBC reader writes.. I know we expect little in terms of balance from the BBC and hence we are rarely disappointed, This morning, in fine anti-Israeli form, the BBC runs an item entitled "Israel threatens to board Gaza aid ship Rachel Corrie". Note the use of the word "threaten" when used next to Israel. Also note how the Hate Flotilla farce is given neutral nomenclature...subtext, they only want to bring aid. To Hamas, By sea. Breaching the blockade.BIAS NOT UNCOMMON!

Scroll over to the Jon Donnison "analysis" box... "The BBC's Jon Donnison, in the West Bank town of Ramallah, says it is not yet clear exactly what happened.
But it is not uncommon for the Israeli navy to open fire on fishing boats it feels are too far out at sea, he adds."
SHOT ON SIGHT ...
'Shot on sight, The Africans risking it all to cross into Israel'
The actual story was about Egyptians shooting African immigrants:
In his sparsely decorated apartment, Yahya Mohamed Idris, a refugee from Darfur in Sudan, explains how he risked everything trying to move to Israel. "I decided to go to Israel because people who went before told me the situation was much better over there," he says. "I left my country looking for safety and security but in Egypt I found harassment and more problems. "Work here is difficult and they throw stones and tomatoes at me on the street. They curse at me and call me 'the black'." "While we were crossing the border they opened fire," Idris recalls."We surrendered and sat on the ground and they started beating us and shooting all around. My wife fainted and the kids were screaming." At least 16 sub-Saharan African refugees and migrants have been shot dead at the border this year. Many others suffered injuries.
Warnings ignored
"This is a common problem. When people try to cross the border to Israel, the Egyptian security shoot and kill them," comments Abdalla Hanzal, who works with a refugee support group.

People not only recognise it, but take it as read. They're acclimatised to it.
The BBC carries on regardless, and so do the politicians.
All three parties have morphed together to form an ostrich like coalition of the three wise monkeys apropos the Middle East, and together with the BBC they reinforce one another, reporting and influencing each other in turn in an impervious perpetual continuum. Creating an alternative reality; all the better to lull us with, reassure us with, and govern us with, my dear. h/t red-riding hood.
Andrew Marr, for example, whose programme I rarely watch, presented us with two examples, which Melanie Phillips has written about today.
The first example was the newspaper review with David Remnick of the New Yorker. I switched on towards the end, in time to catch him saying that the fundamental problem in Gaza was the blockade. Melanie thought he said it was the occupation, but I think he said the blockade. Never mind. If he did say the occupation, of course he was mistaken, as the occupation of Gaza has been over for some time. If he said the blockade, he was equally wrong, because of course the fundamental problem is not the blockade. The fundamental problem is obviously the refusal of Hamas to recognise Israel, renounce violence etc. etc.......or even more fundamental, the inherent Jew hatred in Islam that drives the whole shebang.
The second example was David Miliband’s blind and deaf but unfortunately not dumb assessment - ‘Israel’s series of deadly and self-defeating actions’ - of the flotilla disaster in which several Shahid-bent activists achieved martyrdom - - and the exaggeration of the nature of the crisis in Gaza, and the distortion of the root cause of it.
Because we’ve all seen the videos, and we know that they know - they surely must know - they can only be enacting a charade, just for us.
But now I’ve seen this, and read Douglas Murray’s article last week, everything falls into place.
It reminds me of when I joined this blog. There was a heated discussion with the commenter from the BBC who called himself John Reith. When we tried to explain about global jihad and the BBC’s bias against Israel and its sanitising of Islam, he finally blurted out ‘You’re not helping!” So. They know alright. Just that they’re not telling.HOW THEY SPEND OUR MONEY...

GAZA CALLING....
" A protest is due to be held in Belfast against the Israeli seizure of an Irish aid ship trying to break the blockade of the Gaza Strip. The protest is due to begin at the City Hall at 1600 BST
BBC FOR THE HAMAS ENABLERS
I was on the BBC yesterday morning and tried to discuss the nature of IHH, the Turkish organisation behind the Hate Flotilla; I tried to discuss Nobel Peace Laureate Mairead Corrigans links to Khalid Meshaal, Hamas leader; Not interested in discussing these key facts. The ONLY issue they wanted to talk about was my comment that Israel MUST ensure the MV Rachel Corrie be stopped and "no messing about". Of course I was asked to withdraw that comment, I didn't. The BBC is 100% behind the pro-Hamas Hate Flotillists and it oozes through their every slimy report. In my view.

Our reader ask "What is the relevance of the second line?"
Simple - Jews= bad.
Wonder could Helen Thomas get a gig at the BBC, I believe she is now looking for a job?
