At last, I believe more people than ever now realise that this new
Government, is busily rushing through even more EU Legislation than
did the Labour Government before it.  Mainly  perhaps because the
Treaty of Lisbon is taking effect and the EU is anxious to take, what
it sees as its rightful place on the World Stage, speaking for ALL its
Member states. And that will be forever then.

Already  the EU's High Representative, Cathrine Ashton has spoken in
the United Nation's  Security Council, New York, 4th May 2010.  The EU
wants to become permanent member of the UNSC.

Part of her speech is here,

I am speaking at the Security Council at a special moment in the
development of the European Union. The Lisbon Treaty is now in force.
This is a historic step which matters to Europeans and non-Europeans
alike.

The Lisbon Treaty offers the opportunity to strengthen the EU's
international impact and strategic vision, through streamlined
decision-making and greater policy coherence and consistency. Work is
advancing on the creation of the European External Action Service,
which will operate under my authority. It will integrate diplomats
from the EU institutions and the Member-States. It will also direct
the Delegations of the EU around the world, including here at the
United Nations.

The European External Action Service will lead to more integrated
policy-making and delivery, by bringing together all the instruments
of our global engagement – political, economic and crisis management -
in support of our strategic goals.

This should also make the EU a better partner for the UN. And I ask
for the support of all UN Member-States to support efforts so that EU
representatives can act efficiently within the UN – to maximise the
EU's contribution to achieving common UN goals. ALL IN ATTACHMENT.

Soon, the way things are going, the EU will not only bleed us dry by
fines after fines for any little matter, it will ensure the heads of
member states will impliment evry thing that the eU can think of.

Even the Conservative's flag ship proposals of "devolving down" , to
"local level", is part of the EU's "Stronger involvement of Local and
Regional Authorities in the Europe 2020 Strategy" from the EU.  And if
you want to know more, have a glance at how eager the EU wants to
become party to the European Convention on Human Rights by glancing
through the 237 page docment here.

Human Rights re EU 237 pages with the EU at the top of the heap in
that they will join the ECHR soon!!!!.
