Beck said flat out that he does NOT believe Obama is a Muslim. But he uses Obama’s own words to demonstrate that Obama’s faith is really neither orthodox Christian faith, but it is not Islam either. It is liberation theology, which does not believe in “individual salvation,” but rather “collective salvation.” Liberation Theology is focused on “oppressors” vs. “victims.” America is the oppressor and Islam – along with others – are victims in the world of Liberation Theology. Beck’s use of Obama’s own words to demonstrate his belief system is devastating. Beck says the fault for why Americans are unclear about Obama’s religion lies with Obama himself. His own words and actions have left Americans wondering.
