Your Rights as a Citizen and Juror under the Obama Regime
by Bill Levinson
The August issue of the American Rifleman reports that Senator Lautenberg (D-NJ), Rep. Peter King (R-NY) and Mayor Michael Bloomberg are promoting legislation under which nameless Federal bureaucrats can place any citizen’s name on a “terrorist watchlist,” after which it would be illegal for said citizen to buy or possess firearms. Secret courts, Star Chambers (“Court sessions were held in secret, with no indictments, no right of appeal, no juries, and no witnesses”), and bills of attainder are illegal and unconstitutional in this country so, should this law ever go into effect, we will simply not enforce it if we are selected for jury duty. This attack on the Constitution by de facto albeit not de jure domestic enemies of the United States Lautenberg, Bloomberg, and King, along with Eric Holder’s apparent decision that there shall be one U.S. Code for ordinary citizens and another U.S. Code for Barack Obama and New Black Panthers...
The Referendum Saga
Member of Knesset Yariv Levin has recently tried (unsuccessfully, so far) to pass a law that would compel the Government to organize a referendum before approving any transfer of territorial sovereignty in the framework of a peace agreement. Such a law is meant to give Israel’s citizens a veto power over a possible Israeli withdrawal from East Jerusalem and from the Golan Heights (both of which were annexed by Israel in 1967 and 1981 respectively).
While Levin’s proposal has many opponents in the Knesset and elsewhere, one surprising support came from Daniel Ben-Simon, a Labor MK and former journalist for Ha’aretz. A staunch opponent of referenda like most of his peers, Ben-Simon explained his unexpected volte-face by claiming that a majority of Israelis would approve a withdrawal from the Golan according to a recent poll. We should be thankful to Ben-Simon for being so candid. It’s not that he opposes referenda because he believes they infringe upon...
Obama is zero for four in foreign policy
This article interested me particulary because it was written by Walt. You will notice that he made no suggestions as to how to turn a loss to a win. All of a sudden he has no answers other than to blame Bush for the mess. He seems to think he is vindicated because someone else blamed the Israel Lobby. Perhaps “attributed” is the better word. No one denies that there is an Israel Lobby. Walt’s thesis is that it is too powerful and as a result prevents America from acting in its best interest. The quote he smugly includes, in no way agrees with his thesis. The American people are in line with the Lobby and they both oppose Obama’s policies re Israel. They both believe that Obama’s policies are bad for Israel and bad for America. This another case where the elites think they know best and resent the will of the peopleT. Belman

Multicultural Cemetery
by Alexander Maistrovoy
Or an Open letter to an educated liberal.
“And for the first time, with a sudden shiver, came the clear knowledge of what the meat I had seen in the Underworld might be. These careless Eloi were mere fatted cattle, which the ant-like Morlocks preserved and preyed upon”
“The Time Machine” of Herbert George Wells
My dear brainy friend!
The communist slogan in the former Soviet Union was: “We say Lenin, we mean the Party, we say the Party, we mean Lenin”. For you it could sound like this: “We say multiculturalism, we mean Islam, we say Islam, we mean multiculturalism”. The Muslim world is the last and sole barrier on the way to your dream about cultural pluralistic society. “Even Spanish (?!) can be French”*. An Arab cannot be. In despair you are ready to fasten on a kaffiyeh on yourself and a yashmak on your wife in order to drag a Muslim into your Cloud Castle.
It’s your fixed idea,...
Campus Apostate Speaks Out
Former UC Irvine Muslim Student Union Member — and Former Muslim — Speaks Out
A woman describes what it was like to extricate herself from the most notorious MSU in the country.
- by Aaron Elias, PAJAMAS MEDIA
The following is an interview with “OC Apostate,” a former UC Irvine student who made the decision to leave Islam and the Muslim Student Union at UCI. Though as OC Apostate describes it, the two decisions were not related.
This interview provides a unique firsthand description of the MSU from an insider’s perspective, something usually unavailable to the outside community. As readers will see, OC Apostate did not have an easy time disengaging from the MSU.
Why did you decide to leave Islam and the Muslim Student Union? Were the two decisions related?
My parents were not religious before; they kept the bare minimum. When I was 5, my mother became more religious after meeting a religious teacher. We moved to London to get a better religious education for...

Fury as Peres claims English are ‘anti-semitic’
By David Harrison and Adrian Blomfield in Jerusalem, Telegraph UK
Shimon Peres said England was “deeply pro-Arab … and anti-Israeli”, adding: “They always worked against us.”
He added: “There is in England a saying that an anti-Semite is someone who hates the Jews more than is necessary.”
His remarks, made in an interview on a Jewish website, provoked anger from senior MPs and Jewish leaders who said the 87-year-old president had “got it wrong”.
But other groups backed the former Israeli prime minister and said the number of anti-semitic incidents had risen dramatically in the UK in recent years.
The controversy follows the furore last week over David Cameron’s remark that Gaza was a “prison camp”, as he urged Israel to allow aid and people to move freely in and out of the Palestinian...
Ground Zero Mosque Funder Tied to al qaeda
Laura: If it can be proven that this mosque project has terror ties perhaps it can be stopped. Plans for a convention center in Florida which was to be built by a Saudi owned developer was cancelled because of the company’s link to the bin laden family. This same company is funding the Cordoba Initiative. Not that I expect this to matter to the dhimmi fools in the New York City political establishment.
BIN LADEN/AL QAEDA FUNDING GROUND ZERO MOSQUE IMAM RAUF
Pam Geller, Atlas Shrugs
*** Join SIOA and FDI on Sepember 11, 2010 at 2pm, on Park Place (between Church and West Broadway) as we pay our respects to the murdered and demonstrate against the Ground Zero mega mosque opening on September 11, 2011. ***
Think about this. The duplicitous Imam erecting a triumphal mosque in the shadow of what were the world’s tallest buildings for a time, is funded by the very same Islamic supremacists who attacked and brought down those two buildings that housed a small...

“Heating Up”
It’s been fairly quiet on our border with Gaza, until the last couple of days. It was, of course, only a matter of time.
It began on Friday morning when a Grad Katyusha rocket fired from Gaza hit central Ashkelon; thankfully there were no injuries but there was property damage and a number of people were treated for shock (which should not be minimized).
We responded with an aerial attack on three different Hamas-connected sites in Gaza: a site where Hamas commandos were trained, a weapons manufacturing warehouse, and rocket-smuggling tunnel. Issa al-Batran, a commander in Hamas’s Al-Kassam Brigades, was killed in one of the strikes and eight others were wounded.

Hours after the Grad was launched, two mortars landed in the Eshkol Regional Council (which lies roughly south of Ashkelon).
Then tonight, a...
ISNA’s Ties to the Obama White House
By Aaron Klein, WorldNetDaily
A religion adviser to President Obama has close ties to a radical Muslim group that was an unindicted co-conspirator in a scheme to raise money for Hamas.
The group, the Islamic Society of North America, has an extensive relationship with the Obama administration.
In February, Obama named a Chicago Muslim, Eboo Patel, to his Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. Patel is the founder and executive director of Chicago-based Interfaith Youth Core, which says it promotes pluralism by teaming people of different faiths on service projects.
Patel is listed on ISNA’s official speakers bureau.
Here’s the rundown on Obama’s ties to “communists, socialists and other anti-American extremists” – all in “The Manchurian President.”
