Shame on Yale: Seminar Students Met With Iran's President After He Accused US of Orchestrating 9/11

Shame on Yale.

Seemingly trying to outdo Columbia University in idiotic Iran engagement stunts, and effectively acting as if she was an Iranian agent of influence, a leading Iran apologist and 13 of her Yale graduate seminar students met privately with Iran's Holocaust-denying president following his anti-American, anti-Semitic speech at the UN General Assembly.

Click here for a propagandistic report on the disgraceful encounter, which recalls the ways in which America's Ivy League universities embraced and collaborated with Nazi officials before World War II. The picture is particularly nauseating.

Ironically, Iran's Ministry of Intelligence regards Yale as a "subversive" organization. Even so, traitors and defectors are apparently always welcome to pose with Iran's maniac-in-chief.

60 Minutes Surrenders to Radical Islam

Perfidy.

America's acclaimed 60 Minutes news magazine-style TV program (the show that started the genre) has surrendered to radical Islam. Sunday night's edition of the CBS program featured two subversive segments that bordered on treason for those who believe that the United States and the civilized world are engaged in a global conflict with the clerical fascist creed that attacked the U.S. on 9/11--the worst-ever attacks on U.S. soil.

A disturbing segment on Afghanistan, objectively aimed at undermining morale among civilians and troops alike, was followed by what was essentially a long-form video news release for the promoters of the Ground Zero mosque. In the latter piece (of propaganda), a leading but by no means the only critic of the odious project,Pamela Geller, was presented as a "far-right" crank and singled out for on-camera abuse. Among the Ground Zero mosque opponents conveniently ignored by 60 Minutes: America's former UN envoy, John Bolton; Iranian-American journalist Amir Taheri (click here for his analysis); political science professor, author, and CBS News consultant Fouad Ajami; and a majority of the Arab world, who view the project, as Ajami recently noted in this article in the Wall Street Journal, as a "folly."
