Winston, Freeman Center Middle East Analyst & Commentator BREAKING NEWS: PALESTINIAN AMBUSH MURDERED 4 (plus an unborn baby) = 5 Jewish deaths. The Palestinian Authority’s security officials blame a Hamas cell. At 8:12 PM Israeli time, it was reported that a passing vehicle fired on an Israeli car, killing 2 men and 2 women (one pregnant) on Route 60 in the Hebron Hills near the ancient holy Jewish city of Hebron. Emergency service paramedics could do nothing to save the victims whose bodies were riddled with numerous bullets. The terrorists reportedly made sure their victims were dead by shooting them from close range after the initial fusillade. The attack was probably timed to coincide with the direct talks between Israel and the Palestinian Authority due to begin at a ‘festive’ dinner Wednesday, September 1st. Israeli radio first reports say that the Israeli driver of the car had had his license for a firearm suspended shortly before the attack - and not returned - so he would have not have been able to defend his family. Why is Hebron the target and why is Hebron vulnerable? Perhaps because at one of the previous celebrated “peace (piece) process” talks during the 1998 Wye River Conference, then Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu surrendered 80% of Hebron to Yassir Arafat, the grandfather of today’s modern Muslim Terrorism. Netanyahu’s massive “gift” of holy Jewish Hebron bought Israel nothing but contempt from the world’s 1.5 million Muslims and increased Israel’s vulnerability to Terror. The “nations”, including America and Europe then asked: What else are you prepared to offer the Palestinians for “peace in our time”? The “Peace Talks” spawned by President Barack Hussein Obama began today in Washington. Never one to accept responsibility for Muslim Arab Terror attacks on his watch, Israel’s Defense Minister Ehud Barak, a flaming Leftist, is to receive the Israel Prize tonight. We can expect the usual psycho-babble from Netanyahu, Barak, Abbas and Obama to the effect that ‘Terror will not stop the “peace process”.’ We repeat the title of an article written in 1998 during the Wye River Conference: “BIBI, YOUR PEOPLE ARE BLEEDING! WINSTON ### 4 Israelis killed in shooting attack Initial report: At least four Israelis murdered in West Bank shooting attack Tuesday evening ahead of resumption of peace talks in Washington; security forces, rescue services rush to scene of attack in Gush Etzion area Ynet reporters Latest Update: 08.31.10, 20:12 / Israel News Lethal terror attack: At least four Israelis were murdered in a shooting attack in the Hebron region Tuesday night. The victims are apparently members of the same family. Ambulance service officials the victims include two men aged about 25 and 40, as well as two women of the same ages, one of them pregnant. According to initial reports, an Israeli vehicle traveling in the area came under fire directed at it from a passing vehicle at the Bani Naim junction on Highway 60. More than one terrorist apparently took part in the attack, which security officials said was a well-planned ambush. Channel Two said the attackers apparently confirmed the death of the Israeli victims before fleeing the scene. The victims' death was pronounced by medical personnel at the scene. One of the victims was a pregnant woman, officials confirmed Palestinian security forces were also informed of the attack, which took place just as the Ramadan fast was ending, and are looking into the incident. A Palestinian security official said that a Hamas cell is believed to be behind the lethal attacks. He noted that the last attack in the Hebron region, which left an Israeli police officer killed, was also the work of Hamas. Following the attack, security forces across the nation were ordered to go on the highest alert ahead of the possibility of further attacks.
