Over the past few years we have seen a drastic increase in the control of the American people wishing to travel by public conveyance. We are required to undergo abusive and demeaning TSA inspections of the variety normally reserved for criminals. Gun Owners of America argued that the Court should have based its decision on the Privileges or Immunities Clause of the 14th Amendment.
