Not Ashamed supporters have given over 25 national or local radio interviews and the launch has provoked phone-ins and on-air discussions on a number of other national and local radio shows. The campaign has also generated coverage in national and local press. We are particularly excited that today’s edition of The Sun (with a readership nearing 8 million) features a double page spread in which Lord Carey clearly articulates why Jesus Christ is good news both for individuals and for society and calls on people not to be ashamed of Him. End of Life Assistance (Scotland) Bill Terminated On 1 December 2010 the Scottish Parliament voted overwhelmingly by 85 to 16 to reject Margo Macdonald's End of Life Assistance (Scotland) Bill. This is a huge victory against a Bill which sought to legalise assisted suicide and voluntary euthanasia in Scotland. The vulnerable will now continue to be protected.
