WikiLeaks Founder Predicts Resignations At Big US Bank: In an interview with the British newspaper The Times, Julian Assange has confirmed that WikiLeaks is holding a vast cache of documents from a major US bank. Reports on the interview quote Assange as saying that there will likely be resignations once the information is released.

Prospect of WikiLeaks Dump Poses Problems for Regulators: Mr. Assange told a reporter from The Times of London that he had enough material to make bosses of a major bank resign.

Julian Assange defends decision not to face questioning in Sweden: "They have asked, as part of their application, that if I go to Sweden and am arrested, I am to be held incommunicado. They have asked that my Swedish lawyer be gagged from talking to the public."

Assange attacks allies and foes: Mr Assange told the Times newspaper he believed the US would face reprisals if it attempted to extradite him on conspiracy charges - an extradition he admits he fears. The 39-year-old Queenslander also accused his media partners from the Guardian newspaper - who worked closely with him to publish the leaks - of unfairly tarnishing him by revealing damaging details of the sex assault allegations he faces in Sweden.
