December chill falls over national press sales figures

One of the coldest Decembers on record did little to help national newspaper circulations for the month as again, no title grew its sale year on year.

The Telegraph, Guardian, Times, Racing Post, Observer and Scotland on Sunday all posted average circulation figures more than 10 per cent lower than the same month a year ago.
